I questioned mileage allotted because initially not what I was told. I told the man that and it wouldn’t be enough. He said he was going off what he’s told on the computer and told me to relax. This angered me. He told me I had to go to the gas station it was on empty. 4 miles to empty. I just made the gas station. The truck sputtered in. A quarter tank would’ve been expected. U haul made good by refunding money but at the time it was a huge inconvenience time wise for me.

The location was great but the first trailer did not have working brake lights. Mike ran to Hamburg, to another business, on his own time, to pick up another trailer for me. That trailer also did not have working brake lights. The uhaul representative on the telephone was no help, as well as one of Mike’s managers. I would absolutely do business with Miners Auto again but never ever U-Haul because of their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help.

Uhaul itself the company we had issues with. Very u professional and not customer friendly service. We have been frequent customers.

The key was not in the drop box. I got there at 7am for the 24 hour pickup. Didn’t leave until 7:45 when the owner of the business showed up to unlock the actual building and get my key. Terrible experience. Also they did not have my furniture pads, which I paid for. Will be calling for a refund. Total joke.

Easy to get to and find, however when I arrived to pick up the truck I saved I was greeted only to find my reservation was cancelled!!!! I spent 90 minutes on the phone with haul in the pouring down rain trying to get the reservation straightened out. This put me behind with getting the truck loaded and everything. I never got a break or anything for the hassle of getting the truck, no discount, free miles or anything after somebody screwed up! I disputed the charges only to have them “take” the money from my account for the full amount! Horrible the girl from haul got me set back up and reservation back on, but as I said- 90 minutes later... I thought they would’ve given me at minimum a discount or a day free or something for my trouble and hassle! I don’t think I will use I haul again :(

The vehicle was great and the employees in the shop were friendly and helpful. However I noticed a stale smell inside, towards the end of day I had noticed the cigarette ashtray was full. When I had received my email as well about when to return the vehicle, it said it was "due back in 6 hours at 8:15pm" but I had rented it for 24 hours. Luckily I had actually returned the truck before 8pm that evening.

I was there for over an hour to complete the rental when I already had an reservation. I was already on a time schedule and that backed me up on my move from the very beginning. I had reserved a utility dolly but they didn't have one so I had the pay the extra for the appliance dolly when I really didn't need it. I was told on the phone that the total charge would be $359+$10 for the dolly...no other charges. When I picked up the truck, they told me it was almost $450! Not happy!
