I had to do everything for the rental at the beginning for myself. For the return of the truck, I had to do everything myself. I know other companies in town that have U-Haul services. I would much rather give them my money then deal with this type of situation again.

Always a great experience here. They take good care of the equipment, but more importantly, they are welcoming and they talk to you to make sure you have the right size and quantity to accomplish your task. Not too big/much, not too small/few.

Truck was not ready at the time of pick up. The truck share is the biggest waste of time ever. It makes no sense, it would have been easier to walk in and rent. Truck ran fine.

The location was closed at the time. The uhaul app would not work on my phone at the location. The phone system they had was not helpful at the time. However, it all worked out and they finished checking my equipment in the next day. I hope I dont have to pay the $20 fee because of the malfunction app.
