You let me book a reservation starting at 8:30 AM on Saturday 4/13 but this location does not open its doors until 9:00 AM. Understandably, both the mechanics in charge of the U-Haul location and myself were confused about the situation, and it caused me to be late by 30 minutes on a very tight moving schedule we had. No shade to the mechanics at all since they have no control over the booking software, but your online scheduling software must be changed to reflect the actual store hours of the pick up and drop-off locations.
Wending WStaff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Smooth transaction. No wait to pick up or pay upon return. Great experience.
Melinda WThere was dirt in the back of the van when we picked it up. Everyone who helped on the phone and in person was very nice and helpful. I thought the price was high for a one day rental, but it seems like the going rate now.

Latoya WThe truck was old and ran poorly. Would not go on very 50 on freeway and front end shook. We only did one trip because we felt unsafe driving it on freeway.
Kathy TThis U-Haul location is a sideline for an automotive repair business. The staff were polite and helpful, but someone requiring more assistance or quicker response might use another location. Van worked fine, but was not cleaned from a prior rental; was full of literal dirt and had to be swept out before we could load our stuff.

BETH KWhat impressed me is when I discovered a flat on one of the trailer tires while we were half-way loaded, they just had me stop by on the way to our new home and quickly replaced it. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Plus, they also gave me a reduction on rate due to the inconvenience. TERRIFIC service recovery!!

Kristy EThe place was okay but i will never use uhaul again if i can help it. It's a big rip off. It's a big hassle. I've used uhaul 3 or 4 times in a year or so but never again. Don't appreciate customer loyalty. Mileage cost over the top plus truck rental. You can hire movers cheaper.

Robert HThey’re 5-6 of the same vehicle. By the exterior looks of it I was given the oldest model. The truck transmission was stuck in tow/haul mode. I made limit use of it because it felt like it was not going to make it and returned it that same evening I picked it up.

Alexander EThe mobile pick up is okay. I liked that you could accomplish everything via the phone, but it’s a bit time consuming and it’s hard to get good photos that they want you to take in a thunderstorm. Otherwise, good experience.
Laura WHorrible I’ll never use again. Had everyone over to move, I go to pick up the truck and it’s blocked In. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone customer service didn’t want to help after over an hour of being on the phone someone finally stepped up and figured it out.
