No signage and very restricted access and parking. Charged for extra day of use since they are closed on Sunday and phone app failed to work.

Denise SchmitzGuy was very diffrent, I called in advance to insure my rental was going to be in Belleville KS. It was not, customer service wanted me to drive a 1 and half hours to pick the rental up, had to fight with the customer service person to find a closer location, still had to drive 40 mins. to get it that is wrong, when you reserve in a town it should be there.
Thomas HigueraThis is a very rude place. Upon arrival a mechanic came to the front counter after I had waited five minutes and asked what I needed. When I told him, he grunted something and walked away. After waiting for 20 minutes this same mechanic came to the front again but ignored me until I asked when someone would be able to help me with my rental. His response was, "well we are all very busy here" and turned an walked away. After another ten minutes someone finally came to the front counter to commence my rental. This person was very short, abrupt and basically rude. I was glad to get the trailer hooked up and out of there. This person made me feel like I was a great inconvenience to them.

Robert DavisFix or remove trailer from service when damaged, Location was great in resolving the situation. Field rep found another trailer at another location. Emergency location was also great and accommodating. Overall experience was good even with hiccup.

roger barrettI picked up my trailer in Scottsdale and paid for it and shipping blankets Which were supposed to be in the trailer. They were forgot no I called and they said they would reimburse me and that didn’t happen. I have used U-Haul 15 to 20 times in the last 15 years, this is the second time they have screwed me over in the last year
Ronald R McMillanThe only problem we had came when we tied to unhook the tongue from the ball when we returned the empty trailer. We had a rough time getting it off because the underside of the tongue part was bent in slightly and we had to remove the ball and tongue together and let them hit the ground in order to release them from each other.We are still happy overall with the trailer we rented and from who we rented it from,noone could have foreseen the trouble we had unhooking it.

Fred NorwoodHe never went out to the trailer with me. Right lights don’t work and the left one flashes. When latching and chaining up it had dark oil that wouldn’t come off hads.
David WilsonStaff taking the return was not friendly at all and very abrupt. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him that I was bringing the trailer back in. But did get it checked in quickly and I was on my way. So maybe friendly and personable are overrated?

Loren PontiousBoth U Haul trucks I've rented in the last two weeks smell like cigarettes smoke. There should be some check and balances system for this type of issue. I got a headache from driving in these trucks for 14hrs twice. Not happy! We were also suppose to get an extra day to return for to the distance we had to drive to intercept our vehicles. That DIDN'T happen.

Allen GrollWaited for approximate 30 minutes for someone to show up at location to help us. Trailer was covered in sand. Upon arrival, employee was very friendly and helpful, assisted in putting trailer on hitch.
