Both trucks that were returned we charged for gas even though they were well over the return level. Man was rude and kept the house key we accidently left on the ring
Rachel F.I was charged for 2 whole gallons of fuel, it is very difficult to get an exact match with these vehicles. Two gallons seems a bit petty.

Denise S.Guy was very diffrent, I called in advance to insure my rental was going to be in Belleville KS. It was not, customer service wanted me to drive a 1 and half hours to pick the rental up, had to fight with the customer service person to find a closer location, still had to drive 40 mins. to get it that is wrong, when you reserve in a town it should be there.
Thomas H.This is a very rude place. Upon arrival a mechanic came to the front counter after I had waited five minutes and asked what I needed. When I told him, he grunted something and walked away. After waiting for 20 minutes this same mechanic came to the front again but ignored me until I asked when someone would be able to help me with my rental. His response was, "well we are all very busy here" and turned an walked away. After another ten minutes someone finally came to the front counter to commence my rental. This person was very short, abrupt and basically rude. I was glad to get the trailer hooked up and out of there. This person made me feel like I was a great inconvenience to them.

Robert D.Fix or remove trailer from service when damaged, Location was great in resolving the situation. Field rep found another trailer at another location. Emergency location was also great and accommodating. Overall experience was good even with hiccup.

They were forgot no I called and they said they would reimburse me and that didn't happen. I have used U-Haul 15 to 20 times in the last 15 years, this is the second time they have screwed me over in the last year
Ronald R M.The only problem we had came when we tied to unhook the tongue from the ball when we returned the empty trailer. We had a rough time getting it off because the underside of the tongue part was bent in slightly and we had to remove the ball and tongue together and let them hit the ground in order to release them from each other.We are still happy overall with the trailer we rented and from who we rented it from,noone could have foreseen the trouble we had unhooking it.

Fred N.He never went out to the trailer with me. Right lights don't work and the left one flashes. When latching and chaining up it had dark oil that wouldn't come off hads.
David W.Staff taking the return was not friendly at all and very abrupt. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him that I was bringing the trailer back in. But did get it checked in quickly and I was on my way. So maybe friendly and personable are overrated?

Loren P.Both U Haul trucks I've rented in the last two weeks smell like cigarettes smoke. There should be some check and balances system for this type of issue. I got a headache from driving in these trucks for 14hrs twice. Not happy! We were also suppose to get an extra day to return for to the distance we had to drive to intercept our vehicles. That DIDN'T happen.

Steven B.Nobody was there, couldn't read their sign so we missed it the first time. No available phone number that anyone would answer & no way to leave a message to make sure everything was fine with the return of the truck & equipment.

david K.As I rent from uhaul on a regular basis. I was very disappointed that my location was changed to 50 mikes north of my reservation pickup. This is not the first time It has cost me time and money because they have rented my truck that was reserved to a higher paying customer. This change ended up costing me $150.00 plus. I will certainly be rethinking of giving you my business.
