The app did not work for checking the vehicle back in. I took over ten photos of the dash mileage / gas gauge before giving up. I'd try to upload them, and the app didn't register it. I'm not sure if it's because the app couldn't recognize the mileage but the space to take a dash photo on those trucks is so tight, and your photo app doesn't allow zooming or switching to a different camera lens like my phones app.Thomas J.

When I rented the 6x12 trailer on Saturday , they charged me $120 for a deposit fee! They informed me that the deposit would be returned to my account first thing Monday morning. On Monday my money wasn't returned so I called and the clerk rudely told me she couldn't help me and for me to call 1800gouhaulâ€¦ I called that number and the recording stated that they can hold my money for up to FIVE days! I'm a single parent and now I don't have grocery money until uhaul release MY moneyDANNY M.
There may be a short somewhere in trailer. As lights would work sometimes and sometimes they wouldn't. Or flicker on and off driving down the road. He replaced the power cord to trailer. Once I hooked up as the lights weren't working. Worked good till that evening then they started going all wacky.CHRIS H.

The cab on the truck was not clean, driver window was loose and would not roll up all the way making the cab very noisy, air conditioning was not cool, it made for an uncomfortable move with a cross country drive. The location was great, the truck and equipment quality was very poor.TYLER S.

The reservation I scheduled was not where I had to pick up my vehicle. The truck size I requested was not available resulting in a much larger truck than needed. It's very inconvenient to switch locations. Had I wanted to reserve at the location I was sent to I would've went there initially. Correct that and it will improve customer service. first, this was not the location I had selected for pick up. this was not convenient at all. second, I ordered 12 blankets and they had zero to provide as they gave 30 to a previous customer. My order should have been filled before giving away all their blankets. They guy told me to go to my original pick up location to pick up the blanket. Third, no walk through was completed, the truck was almost on empty, there was green and red paint or something all over the truck. And lack of acknowledgement from anyone when walking in the store and standing there for 10 mins. This place needs serious help with customer service and keeping their orders fulfilled.STEVEN C.

Just a suggestion. You might contact your client more in advance than 30 mins prior to their pick up time that their booked truck is no longer available at their original location and been moved the complete oppisite direction from where the original booked site.Deborah S.

It was relatively easy to obtain the truck, but the back of it smelled like a chicken coupe to the point that it was making us gag. We purchased brand new furniture and the fifteen minutes of drive that it was in the back of the truck, made the new furniture stink. We had to get products to get the smell out.Charles M.

I was charged for 18 gallons of fuel after driving only 38 miles. There is no way this vehicle only gets 2.1111111 mpg. I feel taken advantage of by UHaul, and the workers at this location did nothing to mediate the issue. UHaul claims this vehicle gets 10mpg which would equate to 3.8 gallons of fuel; not even close to 18 gallons.Hayden C.

I requested a 17' truck and I even called the day before to make sure I would have the truck and then when I went to pick up I had a 15' truck and this caused me to have issues with loading the truck with the movers so the job took them longer AND I had to make two trips instead of one because I was given the wrong size. It would have been nice to have been informed before hand that I would be given a different size so I could have found another location.Benjamin L.
