Larry ELimited cell access in parking lot caused app to not work well for check in. Call/message to shop was accomodating and call to UHaul 677# was very helpful.
Jeffery DMy only suggestions are either go in and talk to a person or download and use the uhaul app as it made thing so much simpler. I would not recommend using the web browser for the uhaul services.

Robert GTrailer was ready on time, our towing vehicle was inspected to assure us there would not be be any issues then trailer was attached and lights were inspected. Upon return the trailer was unhooked by the u-haul dealer and we were on our way. Excellent experience

Paula HOnly criticism is confirmation email said "Pick up date: Saturday 5/14 at 9:00AM" but said "Drop off date: Monday 5/16" with no time listed in the same way as the pick up date. This lead me to believe that any time on 5/16 would have been okay, but it was not and I was charged a late fee because of it. If there is a specific drop off time, then it should be listed as clearly as the pick up time.

Laura SI WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!.. I HAD THE 10in TRUCK FROM 11:06Am to 3:08Pm. THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY DUE TO BEING LATE 2 mins!!! SO FOR A TRUCK SUPPOSEDLY COSTING ME 19.99 *MILAGE, they CHARGED MY BACK ACCOUNT OVE $164. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!! NEVER AGAIN AND IM REALLY THINKING ABOUT REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.. TOTAL RIP OFF.. HOW ARE Y’ALL ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO A PERSON??

Larissa FCalvin was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and accommodating. It was by chance we ended up dealing with him. I was promised a trailer at another facility, and received a call the night before stating that trailer was no longer available, and I would need to travel to one of 2 other locations. This was a big inconvenience as Calvins place was in the opposite direction and I had other errands I needed to do at the previous location. It would have been nice if I would have been notified as soon as the change was known, rather than waiting until the nite before a scheduled 10 am pick up. Calvin was a real gentleman to work with. His facility was very neat, well organized and clean. I would never hesitate to use him again

Galen DOverall the folks and location were great... however, my original contract was for around $350 to have the truck for up to four days and a one way move... however when I changed it to a one day round trip rental it went up over $200???? I will not use Uhaul again, your company is not up front about pricing and this is not the first time Uhaul has donevthis to me... will not use you again.

Christopher KI ordered a van but when I got there it was a box truck which is fine but the mileage was doublewrekend but thinking of o what a rack on Uhaul part, if you didn’t have van at thst location the n I should have gotten a box at gas rate of the van! Need it fir next weekend thinking of finding other ways
Beth BSmelled of smoke. When I started the truck and turned in the air cigarette ashes blew in my face. Last person used air vents as ash trays. My pick up location was changed to 15 miles further away and the drop off location hasn't existed since October apparently and was told I had to go to the next town. I better not be charged for the extra milage for pick up and drop off as well as missing gas. Gas was at correct level when we tried to drop it off but then had to drive to another town! This was for the uhaul truck drop-off.
