Tessa MThe trailer we rented had a bad wheel bearing that froze up shortly after we left the facility and so we had to call customer support to come and get the trailer and find us another one nearby.
Michael BI arrived to pick up my truck at 6am per scheduled and after retrieving the keys, found the trucks windows to be rolled down, which allowed 4 inches of snow to cover the inside. Not to mention the half tank of gas that was in the vehicle upon arrival. Need to talk to supervisor and understand compensation.

Mitch HFirst of all, I declined the safe move coverage when I made the reservation but it was tacked on when the truck was picked up by my husband. The owner did not go over the cost breakdown with him when he picked it up. Secondly, this was picked up from a gas station and they charged twice as much to us then a regular customer to add 2 gallons of gas. We had to estimate the gas level when we filled it up before we returned it. Crooks if you ask me.

Brandon WThe equipment was clean however I was charged an addition $10 for a fuel surcharge when I know the truck was returned at the same fuel level as it was when I picked it up. I filled it up at the this location's gas pump and put about 6 gallons into it for a 58 mile round trip. When I left the truck I was slightly above the starting level of 7/8 of a tank. There were arguments happening the parking lot as this locations has installed a food truck in the same location as the U-Hauls and parking was a nightmare, so I didn't hang around to confirm everything with the worker, and it's not worth my time to argue $10. I would just suggest going to another location or photographing everything if you rent from here.

paul MNot make someone empty out the truck and then try to make them pay for a tow truck to take the truck when you weren't trying to return it yet, in the first place it rained so we lost everything thanks to the fat fuck that came here that day.
