Choose another company. Once you reserve a truck, U-haul has your credit card information and they charge you extra fees that are not listed in your agreement (all without any warning). After all the credit card charges were charged , it would have been a lot cheaper to use Budget Rental from the beginning. So disappointed in this rental.

I had a 26' truck and the turn into the driveway was narrow and on an incline. The place was also under construction and when I called to say I was there, the phone number provided by UHaul was incorrect. I tried the number four times. Someone walked over after seeing me sitting across the street in the truck in another parking lot to help. If it wasn't for this person, I'd probably still be sitting there with no instructions on what to do.

Uhaul needs to keep current hours and information about its rental locations. The hours were incorrect with the site and therefore I had an hour delay trying to get my equipment. I had no issue with the location, my problem was with uhaul itself.

The agent working at the warrenton location did not check the truck I rented back in once it was returned the previously night. When I returned the truck back to Franklinton Uhaul was trying to charge an additional 400 dollars due to an overage in miles which was not mines! I only had a 45 min drive. Please discuss this matter with the agent! ¡Gracias!

We were instructed where to drop off the truck. The location was hard to find, and 20 miles out of our way, (that we had to pay for). Cell signal was very poor, making after hours drop-off difficult. Could not reach U-Haul customer support, for any assistance.
