When using it when using it in the area, you shouldn’t have to pay for mileage.

Pamila MAt least have someone inspect the equipment between rentals. It smelled like smoke and my daughter found a bunch of cigarette butts under the seat when we stopped. Ugh.

I chose a different location because it would have been much more convenient. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Ronald TThere is only a fourth a tank of gas in the truck. I was sent to the wrong location by the email that was sent the second time which was an updated email for when I changed the pick up day. Lost an hour of my day because no one explain this 24/7 process. The locks are garbage there should be another way to do this the locks don’t turn as smoothly as they should so while trying to put the password in the letters won’t move made it very difficult. The password that was sent to my phone I went to put it into the lock and it was already sitting on the password so I guess anyone could’ve come by and unlock the trailer and just taking the truck. Even dropping it off was a pain I am done with 24/7 and I am done with U-Haul it was the most unpleasant of all the most unpleasant U-Haul experiences I have had. I want to say that Erma ( I hope I got her name right) the uhaul rep was the only pleasant part of this experience she was able to help me through a phone call that I made.

caroline eTruck need some repairs. 2nd time a uhaul vendor charged me for fuel when the vehicle was refueled to or above the amount at pickup. This also happened last month at drop off location in Clinton, SC. Clearly indicated on both the return amount is grater on the return receipts.

WESLEY VI selected my pick up time on the website at 8am and arrived at the pick up location by 8am. I was not impressed by the fact that I was told the man who deals with the Uhals "doesn't get to work until around 8:30," and then the guy rolled in around 8:40. If that location isn't able to pick up at 8am please don't have that time posted on the website.
