Friendly and helpful service. I enjoyed renting the cargo van from this location. I would absolutely rent from this location the in the future. The bill was exactly as described and expected.
Robin PI told the gentleman who helped hook up the trailer that it seemed to me that the hitch was too low, maybe should flip the ball on the hitch, he said it would be fine. The chains didn't have much play (to keep them from dragging, which made it difficult to make turns. Trailer dragged everywhere, which caused damage to the pigtail. Rear clearance (top) lights were non-functional and front clearance lights would be on and off while the vehicle was in motion, I wiggled all the exterior wiring while parked and the lights would not blink at all. Also, the brake fluid in the reservoir was low, the little ball in the sight glass was at the bottom instead of being at tge top.

Juan HYou should really change your reservation system. I had a truck reserved in Vinita OK for 8:30 Saturday morning and the system did not indicate there was an availability problem. While driving from St Louis area Friday evening to Vinita OK I received a call that there were no trucks available at 8:30 Saturday morning when and where I needed it and the best they could do was an hour away at 1:30 Saturday afternoon. If I had been aware of this when I reserved the truck I would have picked one up somewhere between St louis MO and Vinita OK on Friday and not had a compressed time constraint waiting for a truck to be available an hour each way further than I needed it and later than I needed. I know this is not a location representative issue but it is a reservation system issue. Mikes was fine but they didn't have any supplies and the truck was late getting to them which was not their fault.
Christopher NThank you for the wide selection of equipment available at this location. Staff was most helpful, courteous and accommodating. 6th rental in 3 years. The gentlemen were all-business. They get it done. Especially helpful during my return as I struggled with the online method. Business owner opened early and was ready to receive the truck and assist me in completing the transaction. Patrick, Rick, and another familiar man. ¡Gracias de nuevo!

JOE BThe man that took care of us was awesome. He walked us around the truck. Very customer oriented. I just appreciated his niceness from Springfield Missouri to prior is 145 miles. I was charged $54 extra for extra mileage and less fuel and neither one of them were correct if the lady in Springfield would have walked around with us we would've realized that I think it was wrong to have charged $54 extra. I appreciate that you folks are there for us, but some of us don't have the knowledge that you folks do and we need a little bit of customer service Care thank you for at least listening to me

james bI was over charged for miles. I used a town 40 miles past where I was dropping off to make sure of no overages. Nevertheless, was charged an additional $28 for "extra miles". I haven't rented a u-haul since leaving the military many years ago. I do not remember any issues then but it may be impossible to rent without being charged extra these days.
paul MI think it's ridiculous that you are allowed exact mileage for one way! Exact mileage from pickup to drop off! Nice hustle uhaul! Will not use again
Eric WI’m not good at parking trailers but the location has plenty of open space for me to maneuver the trailer into a spot for me to drop it off.
Michael MThere was a chemical smell that reminded me of brake fluid but, I didn’t see any evidence of a spill inside the trailer.

DIANA SThis is a great location for future Uhaul Rentals. They seem to be very professional and had a computer where they can look everything up very rapid response
Charles GAll was good except on the tow dolly. We loaded up the car and one of the tire straps could not wrap around driver side tire. It was broken off and we had to get another strap to secure it. Other than that everything was great. But luckily we had a strap that we could improvise with. The guys at Mikes tire are always so nice and helpful..
Clarice TMoms attic had a leak so a lot of family photos and books got damaged by rain water. The truck was new and their was no noticeable damage rust so it might be a design flaw. Probably something worth looking into.

Carolyn CI was told that I can return the box truck on Monday so I returned it on Monday at 11:30 and was welcomed with a $40 charge because I didn't get it there by 9:30. I think this is ridiculous. I should've been told that I needed to have it back by 9:30. I wasn't I was told I could have it back by Monday. I will go somewhere else next time. I will not use U-Haul again.

RICHARD TTruck to big for our needs. This was not the fault of the pickup facility. Your customer service should have arrranged a smaller truck dropped off in Pryor and not expected us to pick it up in Claremore. Was not swept out when we picked it up. This was the fault of pick up facility.
