Don’t send people an hour away to get a rental when it’s your fault.
Noah BassThe clerk lady at this location was very confused. It was like it was her first transaction. She didn’t know where to have me park the 26 ft truck. She said that if she didn’t know how to park it and had no space for me to park it. She asked me to shuffle other trucks in the dirt lot to make space to park. I agreed to, just so I could turn the truck in. I spent 15-20 minutes sheleping trucks around this old convenience store in 100+ degrees. I parked the trucks nice and tidy in the spaces that I cleared. When I went in to get a bag of ice and finish the rental transaction she had me wait while her customer shopped for lotto tickets while I stood there for 5 minutes. I asked her if I could get this done and turn in the key, and she started correcting me and told me to wait some more. Finally I gave a piece of my mind and informed her that she has lost a customer. Then to top it off, she charged me for missing blankets and $41 dollars for fuel and $30 to put a couple gallons of fuel in. I had that fuel gauge right where it was when I took off from the pickup location. Also, uhaul changed the last 3 of my reservations at the pickup spots. These changes cost me several gallons of fuel. This is the chance to save a customer. I would like to have uhaul reconsider the additional fuel and blanket charges.

Virginia WelchMy bill for the rental was $292.60. When I calculated the same rental online, it was $260.00 Why the difference? Also, the van I rented, the turn signals and hazard flashers did not work.
