It took an extremely long time for the person to bring up the Uhaul software on their computer in order to process my reservation. There was also no one available to help me hitch the trailer to my truck and check the operation of the trailer lights.
DONALD LOREYI prefer to use this location as the trailers are stored and staged in a good gravel parking lot. They are not constantly exposed to storage conditions that would promote rot or tire damage. The office staff are always very friendly.

James SliceDon't have the equipment blocked. The trailer we rented was blocked by a large truck and it was in tall weeds. I had to call the owner Mike and waited for him to come move the truck. Also the lights didn't work even after he said everything was good. Almost got rear ended twice.

And they did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. She then gave me the number to contact the area rep to fix the problem as if she was too busy.
Clint YarboroughThis is not a reflection of the location or staff but instead of U-Hauls system. I entered into the contract with my adult son as the driver. Despite registering him on-line prior to picking up the truck he was told upon arrival that the system needed a secondary assurance (translation=my ID) to release the truck. I had to then drive to the place which was a large inconvenience. According to the rental place folks this is an ongoing hassle and is not getting addressed by U-Haul
Thomas Skjerningprocess was slow due to new person handling rental. One day after I returned the truck and agreed to the price, U=Haul ADDED an EXTRA DAY and charged me a NOT AUTHORIZED 83.41 for an INVALID EXTRA DAY

Matt CavalierThe truck was not cleaned by the previous customer nor by the rental location. Lots of broken glass and a mound of some mystery white goo. I was left cleaning up someone else’s mess.

Mathew CollarPlease give the customer the vehicle that he/she requested. Also, please update your large vehicles to have some cameras for backing up, looking at blind spots etc. Also, the ride on the vehicle was extremely bumpy and it made long drives on regular well paved roads also very tiring

FRANK BLAKEI rented a tow dolly and no none helped me put it on my car. I received the paperwork and was told to go find it on the lot. Very poor customer service.
ADALBERTO BASABEIt would be beneficial if the trailer had landing gear. Once loaded and connected to my truck, it was physically not possible to detach the trailer. From an operational standpoint, this was very inconvenient.
