-Whimsical Emporium was awesome, but MIdson Moving in St C-atharines was deplorable. Tammy from Whimsical Emporium was just the best in terms of CSR experience....I wish I could say the same for the trip back to Barrie. It is imperative someone calls me as my experience was thoroughly revolting and I'm being kind. 705-716-7293 cell please have one of your HO people call me as my experience until got to Barrie to people who care, was almost enough to me puke. The worker who helped me was very friendly. She was patient and very courteous. The truck was in good condition but noticed it used more gas than I expected. Good experience overall.Mark S.
Ordered a 10' cube van online, was directed to this location because it was the nearest location? Called in the morning at 8am when I was to pick it at 10am because that was the soonest it was available, the person at this location said it there wasn't a truck available nor was there a order. Called Welland Avenue and was told there was a truck at Eastchester location waiting. Showed up and find out there was a 15' truck available and had to pay that rate for the truck instead of the $19.95 price I ordered, kinda had to take the truck as it was the only available unit at this location. Only needed it for a few hours to move, I had already ordered a truck earlier that week from Welland Avenue with no problem at all? These u Hal people just charge whatever to your credit card I asked them multiple times how much the total was going to be and they charge my card 3x the amount once I'm done... so I'm professional would NEVER recommend or go backMakayla L.

My only suggestion is to provide a padlock with each vehicle, to secure contents or U-Haul equipment in each vehicle.. Took a while to complete the mobile check out. On the app . Thanks againDonald F.
The attendant had no idea how to rent out a truck. It took approx an hour to complete the transaction. I've rented trucks from Uhaul many times and only twice had to pick up at off site depots, both times were disasterous. In future, if the truck is not available from the U Haul location I will not rent it.Fiona P.

Excellent service- I have no complaints! I was exhausted and wasn't sure we're to put key after hours. , I didn't see a marked drop box. I don't want to blame anyone in case I had been told and missed that info. Minor issue- otherwise great price as well and will definitely recommend and use again! ThanksJane R.

I spoke to the agent at Migson Storage where I rented the U-Haul regarding the rental of 12 furniture pads which we did not receive. She was going to have that fee taken off of our bill. Please send an updated bill with that charge taken off Sharon RidingsSharon R.
First of all was charged twice . $180 plus tax for 4 hours seems a little much ?! And the person doing the paper work had no idea and had to be talked through it on the phone by someone else . They didn't do a walk around or go through anything. Just charged my card and handed me the keys . Never rent uhaul again especially if it cost that much !Trevor A.

1. Employee should show up on time for store opening so movers are not pushed back to begin there day whom uhaul is not paying for. 2.overcharged on gas when we filled up the tank 3. What was requested and confirmed by uhaul in initial consult was not what was provided upon arrival 4. Called uhaul customer service to calmly explain we may have been overcharged and had a horrible customer service experience. Overall I would NOT recommend Uhaul to any future clients.jeff C.

very upset how uhaul does not confirm until 24-48 hrs before pickup see Email rec'd Sun Apr 10/16 from Uhaul sent in response to my inquiry to confirm location pickup Sent by: firstname.lastname@example.org @ 12:15 pm, Apr10/16 Good morning I do see your reservation in here but I cant confirm location our scheduling department will call you to confirm reservation time and location 48-24 hours before pick up in till then it is not set thank you have a great day I had to call and advise no one would be home on the friday so needed confirmation truck would be available. Turns out -truck was not available @ location I desired and I was re-directed to another pickup spot. Besides the inconvience, I also now have long distance phone calls to your head office and to the St Catharines pickup location I wanted originally that I have to pay all because no one from your company would confirm the desired pickup location earlier than your 24-48 hrs timeframe. When we booked March 19/16 I was told someone would call us to discuss the pickup location. We assumed it would be shortly after booking, not 1 day before the move.(when we were not home to receive either the phone call or email) why could you not confirm the pickup location when I emailed originally rather than the generic reply??? worst experience we have had with your companyjanice D.

When we arrived we were greeted nicely. The women doing the truck rental commented how it was her first time doing this. She asked if we could return the truck to the depot on Welland Ave. Assuming we needed to we agreed which involved us having to go out of our way to to drop our car off at the Welland ave location so we would have a way home after. She said she would call the Welland Ave location to let them know what was going on. Once we had a long day of moving (out of city) and getting stuck in traffic for 2 hrs we arrived at the Welland ave depot. We were told we had to drop it off at the place where we received the truck from. The man behind the desk said he couldn't receive it in and would have to drive it to the original pick up place unless we wanted to drive it over. Feeling obligated we did. We said the lady said she was calling over to make them aware we were dropping it off but no one behind the counter claimed they received a call from her. A way to improve my next visit would be to have staff at off locations know you can't return to just any depot unless they ok it. By the end of the day all we wanted to do was go home and not have to drive the truck anymore. I realize it was around the corner but it was us having to go out of our way, using mileage and gas I had to pay for to make things better for the company and we got no compensation for it Thank you St. Catharines, OnSANDY M.
