Definitely not a lot of parking space up front by the office. I reserved a 6x12 trailer online and pre-registered so I was hooked up and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Return was simple - just parked and unhooked, very smooth rental this time around.

The site was closed when I returned the trailer. Where they said to park was nearly inaccessible. Fortunately, the operator of the storage company that shares the location allowed me in the gate to park in the rear of the storage complex where there was more room.

not sure if power steering was working properly when turning or backing into a location. very difficult to turn until truck was in motion.

This location was assigned as my drop off spot and there was very little space to park without blocking other vehicles. It was closed so we used the after hours drop off option. Because the mileage was hand corrected by the associate at the pickup location, I noted that I did not agree to the charges for the extra miles. However, when I finally got the receipt two weeks later the extra miles were added to the charges. ?

The truck had over 150,000 miles on it & you could tell it. The business & the staff were great but the truck sounded and drove like it was about to fall apart.

Reservation center indicated an appliance dolly was available but it was not.

When I picked up first truck , it had a nail in tire and I found it before I left in it. When I got second truck, the agent did not give me an updated contract and when I got to Memphis, I had problems turning in truck. They even charged me for extra gas that was in computer but I did not have copy, I turned in truck with the first contract that I had signed and returned it according to the paperwork I had which was 3/8 full of gas. Agent in Memphis was very rude and would listen but charged me for what was on computer which was 1/2 tank of gas. I saved your company a tow charge as well as a possible accident , and then I get treated like a customer that is not going to rent from you again. Not a good first experience from either agent. Truck was great on second truck. J.R. Williams 901-496-8036. I would like to have a refund on the extra gas that I was charged. I will not charge you for the nail inspection.

When returning the truck, there were not many options on where to park it, but did manage to get it parked in front of another truck. Maybe define some more parking areas for returned trucks.

I had to clean the back of the van out due to the red dirt and debris in order to haul my new beige furniture. I was also advised to ignore the low tire pressure warning. Apparently they didn't want the van in the shop and out of commission for 5 days. Money first, lives second, I guess. Clean and ready next time please.

Very helpful staff,equipment readily available and in good shape.Entrance needs to be better marked and parking is limited.The attendant was very nice and knowledgeable, quick in and out.The lot could have been better if it was all paved, but overall a good experience.

Very old site needs better maintenance and upkeep. Staff is very helpful and polite. Extremely limited room to maneuver even the smallest trailer on this property.

Truck was damaged on top,I was not informed. My fault, I signed the front, didn't look on the back. It was written " customer accepts possible rain damage". I was moving from TN to FL,I would not have accepted that truck. I did inspect it but I couldn't see the top of the truck. I would never recommend this company,
