Juan Pablo G.We returned the truck on the same day! I called early to make sure that Mighty Mini storage would still be open. The lady that answered was helpful. However, upon arrival....it is difficult to get into the location. Plus the lady that came out to check our truck was on her phone the entire time (personal business) Not very friendly or engaging. The truck was fine and the move went well but the start of the process at Sevierville and the end of the process was quite disappointing. Very grateful for the lady at Newport but if we had not called - we would have been sitting at the Newport place for over 30 minutes waiting on her return and had already driven an extra 30 minutes to get to Newport. Overall experience was frustrating.

Sean C.This location is extremely hard to find, well off the road and behind other businesses. There were no signs, and we only found it because we saw a Uhaul truck back in a parking lot far off of the street. When we went back to the store to return our trailer, it said to call a phone number to drop it off. When we did, the lady asked us to drive it around the back of the business and drop it off ourselves. Driving around the back was at least a 1/4 mile, narrow, and not well maintained. It was quite shady looking, and I would not have wanted to be there after dark. When we arrived at the lot in the back of the business, there was an area that people had been dumping old tires, broken appliances, and used mattresses. There was also a man was hanging out in his truck with his door open who looked like he was waiting for something. We have no idea what he was doing, but he was not a Uhaul employee. Then another man in a truck pulled in after us who must have known the first guy, because he received a rude acknowledgment from the first man. Neither one of them bothered us, and we unhooked our trailer and got out of there as quickly as we could. We will not use this location again.

My only challenge was I had booked the truck for 4:45pm but, somehow, my appointment got moved to 10:45am and was auto-cancelled when I didn't go pick up the truck (I was still working!). Thankfully, I called and the truck was still available but then the phone lines cut out so I had to rush down at lunch time because I heard they were closing EARLY. When I got there, Francis took care of everything and got me into my truck (thanks, Francis!!). Fyi, the physical store location makes it very difficult to get in/out with the rental truck.

Dustin N.The service locations were great. The problem we had is we picked up the truck at 11 central time (12 eastern) and returned it at 12 eastern time (11 central). A lot of frustration to pay for an additional day for a time zone change. The time change is a couple miles from the pick up location.

Kenneth H.My first 2 rental this few days was a very good experience, my 3rd rental was very disappointing. Was charged extra for some leaves and plastic on the back of the uhaul, even it was turned in an hour early and I even offered to sweep it real quick so I wont get charge $25 for a 15-30 seconds job. Also offered let me put some gas on it since I got it in an hour and 15 mins. early. Won't ever rent another vehicle from that lady again. I'm a Realtor and occasionally I help clients specially elderly that don't have anybody to help them. Just for the record I'm getting reimburse for all 3 rentals, Im just very disappointed on my last transaction how they handled the situation. I can see if I turn the truck late and yes I deserved to be charge for it. In this case its I don't think it was right.

Tamara insisted that she take care of me right away. Overall my experience was great the location was clean and Tamara was very welcoming and left a lasting impression on my visit. In the future I will make that location my first choice when renting a vehicle.

Joe C.The check in experience took entirely too long considering we had "check in" online. The cab of the truck smelled awful and the steering wheel was so dirty it turned my husband's hands black. The woman who handled the trucks rudely told my husband that he hadn't "done it right" after he backed the large truck into a space for her. She was rude from check in to the return. I will definitely go out of my way to rent from somewhere else next time.
