It took over 2 hrs to finally get the truck I rented because of the GPS tracking,it could not find my pick up location ,it kept telling me and a u haul rep that I was at a different location when I was sitting in front of the location door...needless to say it was rediculous,and then it asked if I wanted a live chat with a u haul rep I did and it took over 15 min to get that, then I was on hold on the phone for a u haul.rep and was on hold for 57 min when it said my hold time was 15 min. I wasn't even compensated for so much as a discount or extra mileage ,and I drove 2 hrs just to get the truck. So I will never use U haul again.

No complaints but customer should know about the drop off rules.
Carmen W.I have storage units from these guys, and they are so infested with mice it's ridiculous. I have mentioned numerous times about the infestation, and I have put out bate to get them, so I KNOW how bad it is. All I get is excuses from the office manager. She doesn't do a thing to attempt to remedy the problems. I rented a cargo truck, ones I sued to rent in Phoenix and was SHOCKED at the price. Really high, when the ad says $19.99 a day, and I get a bill for nearly $ 60? I used the thing for 3 hours! This place is not the like ones in Green Bay, or Phoenix. AND I BETTER NOT GET ANY CALLS ABOUT THIS FROM THE OWNER. They had the chance to do something about the storage, and the cleanliness of the uhaul rental. I'm guessing their level of cleanliness is not that high. My floor in one of the rentals is filled with grease!

UHAUL really had to talk to 2 people for a 58 year old man to rent UHAUL for the day? that is ridiculous. It took over 20 minutes to complete the pick up. The van was not very clean and when I stated that upon return, it wanted to charge me $25 cleaning fee. I took before pictures of it that were the same as the return pictures. The van was also 10,000 miles overdue for an oil change and the front tires were almost bald. Not the best first time Uhaul rental experience.

Chester K.I wish I could share pictures. The cab was disgusting! Layers of dog hair, hunks of food, and even a filthy pair of glasses and a pop bottle cap were left in the cab. All of the paperwork from the previous driver was still in the console. Obviously it wasn't checked before we picked it up. My hands were dirty after just using the steering wheel. It was unacceptable.

Because the app wasn't working, we weren't able to take before pictures of the mileage, gas, etc so when we returned it and wanted pictures, we already had turned the key in. My husband is going to call Monday to get things straightened out

JOSEPH PETER P.The location was not staffed. I used the system on my phone. It was not user friendly at all. I was at the location for 45 minutes trying to get through the process. Not to mention you have to have two people answer the phone to verify you are renting a vehicle. I nearly canceled my reservation. I contacted the person I was working with (Jeremy) and he gave me his phone number to complete the rental process. I could not verify my odometer reading when I took out the vehicle or , when it was returned. I had a warning message that the rear tire was low on air.

We had to schedule our move on short notice, and he called his guys to see if they could work on a Saturday to load our things, and they did a great job loading the truck. We didn't have any issues with the equipment, and didn't lose a single thing during the move due to damage. They did all this on very short notice and with no problems. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their move.

Michael V.Not very happy at all with our experience! We got charged $0.99 cents a mile for the truck and got overcharged by over $300.00. Still waiting for refund.
megan S.The truck was not clean, the equipment I reserved was not available (was given a much larger truck and the tow gear was frozen to the ground so ended up not using). The amount of furniture pad requested were not available (18 pads short of requested amount). The check out process was difficult, was called a couple hours later to resubmit payment due to an error in documentation. The process with frustrating. Please have the equipment reserved available.
