The scheduling software you're using is challenging. Numerous reminders and updates without real information. The first site was changed, then didn't have the truck on the morning of pickup while the app was at a loss to help. Two customer service reps later and an hour past our original 'reservation' we offered pickup at Midwest Auto. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Truck was reasonably clean and in good shape.

Janice WThere is no actual location - it’s literally a side street next to an abandoned lot and the drop box is attached to a chain link fence. The company whose name was given doesn’t even exist and the entire lot is fenced off.

DAVID BSuper friendly. They actually made a mistake on our truck check-in and we were charged an additional $78. BUT they were awesome and made sure it was fixed as soon as I brought it to their attention. I would 100% recommend this location to friends.
