They were closed when I dropped the trailer off.There was nobody there to rate your customer service.The location seemed very clean!
Joseph CGreat experience all around. The order entry process was easy and pleasant. The execution by the merchant was very smooth, courteous and helpful. They made me feel confident in the equipment usage. Returning the rented equipment wen very smooth and quickly. The product perrformed very well and was mechanically perfect. Great execution that makes me feel very satisfied.
SCOTT TAfter dealing with the nightmare of our tire coming off of our auto trailer on the highway, Brian was amazing. We had to drive 20 miles out of our way to get a new auto trailer. Uhaul told us they reserved a trailer for us here and we just have to pick it up in the morning. This location had no idea we were coming to get the trailer because Uhaul never communicated with them. Thank goodness they still had what we needed available. Brian checked everything on the trailer to make sure we would be safe for the remainder of our trip and was incredibly kind and helpful to us despite the Uhaul representative being incredibly rude to him over the phone when they were the ones who made the error.

Andrew AMy issue is the Crete location had the person out on a emergency. The lady working in the hotel was horrible. The truck should have been a Mobile checking but they did not have the keys ready. A manager om the phone was able to get me to the Seward location.. pickup was great but it was a big inconvenience having to drive out of my way at no notice.

Casey MIt was a little confusing where to get the UHaul since this location serves two businesses - an auto repair business and an auto parts store that have two different desks. Of course I went to the wrong one, but it was quickly straightened out. Maybe make that a bit more clear for future rentals.
Brenda RThe location in Seward was great. The U Haul computer site is awful. Everyone from Seward to our son in law had problems navigating it.
Tom GI booked online and reserved a alliance dolly with the truck. When I arrived I was told I had reserved furniture pads and no appliance Dolly's were available. Thankful we managed but was certainly disappointed
Leslie SI plain won't recommend U-Haul. We just rented one. January first 330+$ was withdrawn from bank account by them to cover rental. January 2nd when U-Haul was returned and 450$ was withdrawn which was the actual cost. I'm on vacation and money is tied up with them instead on bank account. Why not just withdraw the 100$ difference from what had already been paid and call it good ???
Robert KEverything about this experience was excellent. The people helping us with the rental was kind and helpful. If we need a trailer rental again we would definitely use the same place if possible.

Never encountered such a rude and infantile person when trying to spend money with a company. I'll never use the online service again. No need with such professionals at my local store. Thanks to the guys at Napa. U-Haul, get a job!
Todd SI am currently working with this location for a refund of some sort, as my truck lost air conditioning the minute we left town. And unfortunately this was one of our hotter days with high humidity so it was not a pleasurable experience for the 3 of us in that truck all day!
Donald BIt was not the fault of the location per-se, but the truck we were given's radio was broken. It was stuck on one station and you could not control the volume. When we signed up to use U-haul we were promised a truck with a working radio and an audio jack, and it is dangerous to drive through the midwest with no access to radio due to tornadoes and storms. Because this was just a contracted uhalul location there was nothing that they could do, so we had to just unplug the fuse to the radio panel and drive 20 hours with no audio capabilities.

Peter DI reserved my truck at the millard location. A representative called me and said that it may be at a different omaha location than the one I reserved at, but it would be in omaha at least for me to pick up. Two weeks later, and three days before my out of city move I get a call telling me there are no trucks in the size I reserved and the closest one is in seward and that I can go get it myself. Astonished that this is how your company treats their customers, I asked what can they do, since this isn't a problem that was caused by me. He said I could have a free extra day. I then stated I will be paying for the extra mileage also, since I am taking time out of my schedule and more money to pay for gas to get YOUR equipment that was promised to me in omaha. This has been a literal nightmare. Moving is already stressful, with packing, setting up your life in a different city and making sure everything falls into place, and then the company that is supposedly the most reliable company in moving trucks calls and basically bomb drops this info THREE DAYS before I'm suppose to move across the state. So it's to late for me go with a different company, so the only thing I can do is again, take 2 and a half hours that I had planned packing and getting ready for the move, and go pick up the truck from a site that was an hour away. Hopefully, uhaul is true to their word and actually ensures I don't pay extra, but after this, uhaul will never be the service I go to, or recommend. Regards, Janet
