your website for self check-in does not work. I was checking in a trailer and it kept forcing me to complete mileage and fuel and then told me the mileage was excessive and would lead to charges and it still would not allow me to advance on the website. Also you say to use on my phone the "EZ-Return" app and you have that Trademarked. When I look to download an EZ-Return app from the App store, I get a ez-returns app that is for returning stuff I bought online. You provide no EZ-Return app, it does not exist and its confusing.

Truck leaked water. Refused to do anything about it. Referred me to incorrect areas for claims. They didn't do anything either. Unable to file claim. Then they had the audacity to say I didn't turn the key in which I absolutely did. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end.

I originally wanted and reserved a 10' truck at Adkisons BP Pure on 280 Cervantes St, Pensacola, FL but was unable to complete virtual check out. The wireless signal was inadequate to connect with U Haul app or the phone operators. This made me change my reservation to the Gulf Breeze parkway location have to rent a much larger and less fuel efficient truck costing my a lot of extra fuel cost.

This location ripped me off. I told them I was moving some stuff up the road (20 miles) I asked what would be cheaper either returning it at the same location of dropping it off at my other location (Milton, Florida) He told me it was the same price and did not matter This was a lie which I did not find out until dropping it off. The professionalism of this person was poor.

The gentleman they were very helpful and got us in equipment very quickly. We had an issue with the tail lights working. The turn signals and brake lights worked but the tail lights when lights were on did not. Otherwise we had a good experience.

The truck was not available at the location I had it reserved for, so I had to drive to a different location to get the truck. Which caused me to drive 144 extra miles I didn't have to. I was charged for using the hand truck when I didn't use the hand truck.
