Truck that was assigned [26'] was not serviceable. But a smaller truck and trailer was provided and did the job. The truck I picked up instead was not cleaned yet, which was not a huge problem. Mechanically the truck ran good but the front end alignment was way off. Had to keep steering wheel turned about 15 degrees to the left to go down the road straight.

I just dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box, so really didn't get to see anything inside or deal with people. The yard however was well-kept and presentable.

Windshield whiper motor did not work. And it was raining most of the trip. Took us an extra day to finish the trip as we could only go slowly. Called service centre but they were unable to help.

Make sure truck is clean inside and out and the fuel is topped up. This truck broke down halfway to my destination (causing us to stay overnight in a hotel which was not part of our plan). If it wasn’t for the uhaul representative at Quesnel shell gas station I might have been stranded for a day or two. It was impossible to get a hold of Uhaul on the phone, call back text, and on line with no call back . 3 hours later someone text me to say they would send road side assistance the following day, which I then informed them that their rep in Quesnel looked after me and my wife (without Uhaul assistance) with another truck and even offered to help us move our items from a 20’ truck to a26’ truck. A faster response time from phoning or texting would help make things go smoother when a person breaks down!

Box wasn't swept out. Truck cab wasn't real clean, spilt coffee stains around cup holder. Staff at pick up site and drop off site were very friendly and helpful. Thx

I came in there with no time to spare and needed everything in an instant, 20 minutes later I’m loading boxes and did the whole move in 2.5 hours from start to finish. The lady at the front desk new her stuff inside and out, and was an absolute gem to deal with and had a great sense of humor! I rented a truck, a dolly, bought some boxes and some tape. Everything was reasonably priced and well stocked. Thanks! :) Landon B.

I will never do uhaul from any where but mini storage here in fort st john. Tried truck share in grande prairie recently and it was the worst experience ever took hours and alot of running around. Ended up with a bigger truck 4 different places. Cost me double for the people that were helping us move

I want a refund of the fuel I returned it with!! $35 fuel and $25 cleaning!! I received truck filthy and with absolutely no fuel. I returned clean and with fuel!! Please contact me so we can discuss how you will be refunding me!!!

It could benefit the employees that run this location to get additional hands on training for tech (e.g. smart phones, uhaul systems). The two employees I dealt with were wonderful and very good with costumer service, they helped hooked up the trailer and were very courteous. I would rent from here again. Thank you :-)

They think they're charging me 25 bucks for cleaning it when I returned it in cleaner condition than I got it. This lady that runs this location is a psychopath who verbally assaulted me repeatedly wjen I had gone to pick up this unit. She literally called me an asshole and a jerk among other things. I feel I should have my outstanding balance of $109 waived.

The lady here was very nice when I walked into the business. She asked if I needed a receipt but I already had one . Overall great experience
