I couldn't have made this easier if I had tried. I rented the truck over the phone rather than booking it online. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was ready to go. The entire process from booking to getting the keys took less than 10 minutes. Amanda was super helpful and friendly. Very efficient. She is a great example of how to provide superb customer service. I would highly recommend Midland over other U-Haul locations I have used.

I reserved a 20 foot truck 9 days prior to me needing it. I received a call morning of pickup that not only had changed the location of rental but the size as well. I will never use uhaul again. Terrible customer service.

Pulled off of the lot with rental truck and noticed it had only 3/4 of a tank of gas and my paperwork said it was full. I was in such a hurry to get moved i didn’t have time to worry about it. I returned it full because I didn’t want them to charge me extra. I put in 35 dollars in gas to drive 21.6 miles.

Manager said I couldn’t drop off the truck at this location even though I had a reservation. She argued with me and said she needed to call corporate after I showed her I indeed had a 24/7 online reservation. Her attitude was so opposite and offensive compared to the SeaTac location.

The truck broke done. ( I had to go buy a set of battery jumper cables to get it started. Called uhaul and got nowhere. I want my money back plus the cost of the jumper cables $22. You delayed me and other customers waiting on the truck. I will never rent from you again based on my recent experience. Not that any of you actually care and will do something about it.

I am very impressed with Tina, the clerk who cheked in my 10 ft truck. I had taken the truck to the wrong location and she went out of her way to call and get instructions on how to receive the truck at her location so I didn't have to take it to a Tacoma location a long way from where I was. Was never told that place I picked up storage closed at 6pm. When I finished moving at the time on my receipt and called customer service to see how to go about returning uhaul I was told that I would have to return uhaul the next day because there was no drop box which was a lie and I found out the following day after missing half of work that I could have dropped the key off and left the truck that night. I will never use them again.

Jennifer was wonderful and very easy to work with. It was my first time renting from Uhaul but my husband's family has in years past and his experience was mostly negative. I was very pleased with the level of service we received at Midland Self Storage.

U haul system sucks. I went into the large Uhaul in Spanaway, WA to make a reservation but they said the system was unable to make a reservation. Went to a business that had uHaul as a side business and they were able to override the reservation system and make the reservation. UHaul, get your act together with your computer upgrades. Also, delete my credit card data. You shouldn't be keeping that data on file.

I really appreciated that they gve me almost all the money back for the truck that it turned out I didn't need. That amounted to$769 and that was huge for me. I had rented two trucks thinking that one would not be enough.

I ask for a furniture dolly and The attendant kept explaining that she did not carry anything like that as I was walking out the door there was a stack of furniture dollies by the door so I did get one she could be more informed but all went well

First place I called in Puyallup said they had a truck but then really did not have one on site, said scheduling would call within the hour but did not, then wanted us to wait a couple more hours to get truck or drive half hour or 45 minutes to pick up at different spot and still pay mileage. Scheduling then found a truck at Midland but a different size then originally wanted. Midland staff was nice but took a long time to get paperwork filled out and then could not print a contract. The location was not the problem, it was the miscommunication of the first place I called and the run around to find a truck in a timely manner. Not very impressed with overall experience.

completed reservation online and wanted to pick up uhaul at one location and drop off at another location. I put the information in online and when I picked up the uhaul it was not an option to drop off at another location. Trying to save cost because the ridiculous rate of .89/mile. in the future i will seek other truck rental options.

Good morning. I reserved a truck for 3/7/15 for $29.95 to be picked up at 1045. When I got to location the truck I reserved was not ready. So I was sent to a different location to pick up another vehicle a size bigger. The vehicle served it purpose But when I return to the store Iet the representative know that the vehicle was not running well. And her response to me was all the vehicles run bad? Also I was charged $39.95 for the vehicle and when I ask about it. She said that the going rate but the original vehicle that wasn't ready was $29.95. I was credited back the $50.00 for the guarantee but shouldn't have Been charged for a bigger truck I didn't need. The sales rep had a very bad attitude and was unwilling to call the other store and confirm prices. the individuals at the 15315 pacific Ave south store were great. The individual at the 1802 112th st was very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to assist with my question about the price change. Ive been using u haul for years And never had such a more disappointing experience.the mention of all the vehicles being in poor shape and the not willing to charge what I wanted stood out. The individuals attitude and customer service skills are lacking. I will never recommend anyone to this particular store. "Terrible service"
