You accepted my booking for September 19, 2021 at 10:30AM by mobile pick up in Atlantic Blvd and you change the location in Midgard Self Storage. But once I arrive in the location, you change my mobile pick up to hand delivery and the WORST THING is the office is close during that time. We have to wait for 12:00PM for the office to open. I only have a limited time for transfer that's why I booked 10:30AM by mobile pick up. You wasted my 1.5 hours of time and no any apology from the office. They just ask some information, ask me to sign and give the key, no any explanation or apology and not even instructed where is our unit located. We have to check the unit one by one in the parking area on which plate number written on the key will match. Bad experience.Henson V.

The rear door cable on the right side of the was disconnected. The cable was loose and pushed in the cargo area. The location didn't have our blankets and dolly. he told us we would have to call and find some. After we told him that was not acceptable he called a supervisor and found some at a third party location that we then had to drive to pick up the items.MARYBETH J.

Get rid of the three people working there. Had one 20 ft van reserved there. Whent pick up staff didn't come out to show me which van orgo over anything about it. Looked over van gas was on empty,was supposed to be full. Noticed a rag hanging down underneath. Tank had hole drilled in where someone had stolen the gas. Staff could careless, had to up grade to biger van with check engine light on. Lucky I made to 1000. Mile destination. â·John G.

The Truck did not have a RAMP! The primary reason I rented the truck and Dolly. Due to NO ramp my husband and I still had to carry and haul up heavy stuff without using the dolly and RAMP! That alone should allow me a refund of some kind. :-( Also.... there were several other trucks the same size when my husband and I dropped it off and ALL of them looked like they had ramps on the truck. This is the only location I have rented from that does not hook up the trailer for you and go through hook up step by step. I was informed that they were told by he manager not to do this. Makes for poor customer service. What if I didn't know how to safely hook it up?PHILIP S.

Let them know that they will receive a text to comment on the condition of the vehicle before they leave the lot and the same for when it's returned. I didn't realize I had a text until after I dropped off the vehicle with a link to follow that would have confirmed the time I dropped it off. No biggie but it would have been nice to know before hand that I was going to get some texts...JEFFERY S.

Cab was dirty and rings from some kind of suction cup mount were on the windshield making it difficult to see through. Additionally, moving blankets and furniture dolly were not available at time of pick up which I had reserved at the same time I arranged for the truck rental.DAVID R.

I love the truck that I rented because it had a ramp. I was self loading and being woman that docked help out a lot. I was also upset that it had a lock for speed at night but I soon became thankful for that feature because I saw a uhaul in a ditch omw to my destination.PRINCESS E.

I was instructed to return the vehicle with 3/4 tank of fuel, there was less than 3/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. I dropped it off at the 3/4 mark and still get charged $20 for fuel wtf. I walked into the lobby of location and didn't see anyone for 20 mins.James C.

â€œContactlessâ€ pickup is ridiculous. One of the first steps requires some sort of â€œadditional informationâ€ in my case an alternate contact (a third party not just another phone numberâ€. This was entirely unexpected and my alternate contact could easily have been unavailable. As it was we discovered uhaul's number is considered spam and blocked by our mobile provider - workaround is to add them as a contact in your phone but then the agent calling was abrupt and hung up on the call. The final step, getting the key, is the stupidest. Go inside and retrieve the key from the person behind the counter. WHAT HAPPENED TO â€œCONTACTLESSâ€??? After the return they ran 5 charges on my credit card over three days holding funds each time. Is that really necessary/normal?Andrew W.
Ensure dents are mentioned in the photo and have the parking lot be more well lit. There were people hanging out late at night when we dropped it off. I definitely would not have felt safe if I were by myself.ERIK K.

I signed up for 24/7 pickup. I called the say prior to ensure all was set. I had movers coming at 9, was picking truck up at 8. Went to l8cale, got on my account, went to pickup truck link and got the following message, you have signed up for 24/7 pick up, .....you'll have to wait until 9 am when store opens to retrieve truck. The man arrived about 8:45 and I went to him in parking lot and I said you work here correct and he says.....yes but I'm not open yet. He wanted me wait until 9. I had movers coming at 9. The reason my link didnt work was because he forgot to set it up the night before . Seems no brainers that the last thing you do before closing, is check for trucks needing to be picked up before 9 am. He seemed in no rush to fix his mistake,but eventually I convinced him of immediate need. At a snail's pace he got truck paperwork completed, had to give my license again, answer questions I'd answered on line again..... I got out door at 9. I was paying movers at that time to sit around doing nothing cause no truck till after 9. It was extremely frustrating and his lack of attention is disturbing. Most renting trucks 24/7 are doing it for a reason, not just to have a truck....... And he was the same gentleman I had spoken to day before to ensure we were set. Very poor representation,extremely poor attention to detail and sadly zero regard for customer. He was not rude or defiant, dod apololgize but this how I had to start an already overwhelming frustrating moving day. I did due diligence, he did not.LORI C.

To improve service, the staff should not speak about a previous customer after they have left the office. Especially while other customers still there. Very unprofessional. The two young guys just need some training in that area. Overall, they took good care of me.JACQUELINE M.
