Robert BGot charged for gas even though it was replaced with more than what I got when I first picked up the truck. Truck had 22 miles worth of gas when I picked it up and it was dropped off with more than 5 gallons of gas. I was still charged a fee even though the contract states that it’s either 1/4 of the tank or with how much you originally got the truck with, which in my case it was 22 miles. Will never be using this service again or recommend it.

Shayler LWindshield was clearly broken before I rented the truck. I had the truck for 24 hours Yet they charged me for the crack in the windshield. STAY AWAY FROM MIDGARD
Leann MMidgard Self Storage has a top notch office and staff. I didn’t know dropping off a truck could be so easy. Their staff was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this location!
Dara BChose mobile pick up, yet keys were not there. Went inside and had to wait a while for assistance. Learned the truck was not even ready: not pulled up, none of my rented equipment inside. They had the gas listed as half a tank, but when checked it was less than a quarter of a tank. We arrived at 9:50a. We finally pulled out at 10:30a. 40 minutes just to get the truck. We were late to meet the movers because of this as well. Sales person kept complaining he didn't have enough help, but when a person makes a reservation over a week prior to, there is no reason for things to not be ready at time of pick up. Never using this establishment again.

Walter SThe return process is brutal. The app has never worked. It tries to get my location and never does, so it wont let me return it. I had to spend 30 minutes on hold on the phone so i can return it. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I hate the uhaul app... so useless. The site I picked up and dropped off the trailer at was fine, no problems... the uhaul app is absolte garbage!!
kristoffer cI made a reservation close to where I needed to use the truck. The day before the move and after accepting my reservation. They said the location did not have my equipment so they sent me 10 miles away to another location. Once there the morning of my move, they did not have the equipment either and at first told me they had nothing for me. Finally after being on-site for an hour they were able to give me a larger truck. I chose Uhaul because of the location and ease to checkin and out online. Neither happened. Won’t be using Uhaul again.

Michelle SThe location was excellent, I rate my experience poorly due to U-hauls corporate policy. The appliance dolly I rented was left at home by accident and I was not allowed to return the trailer without it. I was charged for both for a second day, it is ridiculous that I was not allowed to just return the trailer and be charged for the dolly. Will not be using Uhaul in the future. Don’t forget how successful boycotts have been lately. I’ll be telling friends and family to go elsewhere until this is rectified and I get my money back.
