Anthony D.I had reserved a dolly and moving blankets. They did not have them for me and called to tell me the day before. I asked for an appliance dolly instead, which they had, and he said they would hold it for me. When I picked up the trailer, they had just rented the appliance dolly to someone else. The person that told me they would hold it never told the person that was working the next day. You need a better system to track and reserve these things and to hold the items reserved.
William H.Booked truck and 3 dozen pads a week in advance. Got a call 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time advising they have no pads. If I knew that I would have rented from another location. So now I have to go searching and driving to other uhaul locations just to rent pads.

Clarence H.My uhaul jumped the ball at my destination when turning around to leave. I tried to get it back on and it wouldn't drop down over the ball and seat right. I called the drop off location for assistance. Upfront, I have no clue who is actual uhaul and who is a drop off location center when these places were chosen. I had 2 hours to get it back. Mind you there's no jack on it but seeing this ahead of time I brought a bottle jack. I called the place for assist. I got directions that ended up being the opposite of how the hitch actually worked. When I said I tried that and it didn't work. I was told "well I don't know what to tell you. That's how they work" I was upset. I told him i had two hours and I needed help. It was not until There was no mention of calling the roadside assist number until I was already frustrated. Again... no jack on the trailer. I had my own jack and have towed for years. I eventually lifted it and played with it settled on the ball. There wasn't a wide enough space to actually park it. I was given no assist of guidance to unhook it.

Al G.Reserved an appliance dolly when I reserved the truck, ONLY when I arrived, I was told by the rep that they were out of appliance dolly inventory. I should have been apprised of this issue much sooner, but UHaul felt is was more important to text me 4 times to try to get mecto tow an empty trailer over 300 miles for them and offered me $20. I rented the UHaul specifically to move 6 large appliances and had to purchase a dolly for over $200 to facilitate my move.
Darren J.I did not want to be charged by my debit card and the tool says a UHaul Rep will contact you as soon as possible. I have now been charged both by my chase visa debit card and my campus Mastercard and had purchases I needed to make yesterday that I was unable to make. I would like to be refunded a few days rental in order to be a satisfied customer with how poorly this entire rental experience has been!!!

Thomas O.The rental rate is one thing, $29.95. However, a $59.90 rental charge is another - it's absurd. The agent neglects to mention anything about the charge, and because everything is digital the fee is slipped in on the customer. I'll never rent from a mom-and-pop again. Lesson learned. Value of renting is lost!

William S.The 15 foot truck did not drive as well as the 20 foot truck we rented earlier in the year. But this is not the fault of the rental agent. It just did not seem to have any power especially after being loaded.
SCOTT T.I was completely scammed by this Uhaul location. I specifically requested a trailer for a day and specified a 24 hour period. At no time was I told the rental proud wasn't for 24 hours, but I ended up being charged for 2 " rental periods", whatever that is. I returned the trailer in 22 hours, but was charged double the quoted rate. At no time did the clerk tell me it would be double what he quoted me. It's been at least 20 years since I've been to Uhaul and it'll definitely be at least another 20 until I return again. Very unethical and deceptive.

Leslie P.Make it easier to get ahold of someone at the location (at least via messaging) if there is an issue with the pickup. Had to call into U-Haul which took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. Ended up finding out that since I was 1.5 hours past the pickup time I was not able to do the truckshare until talking to a live human. Very frustrating experience.
