The parking lot was tight, so it was difficult maneuvering the 15' van in and out of the parking area. The return instructions were a bit different between the website instructions, the video, and what I was actually told to do by the virtual manager regarding the word lock return. I also had safe move insurance tacked on to my contract without my knowledge or consent after denying it on the website at reservations and during checkout. However they removed the charge after I called to complain.

Only a virtual person kiosk. No personel. Was given this location for returns on both truck and trailer BY UHAUL! And this location doesn't take trailers and wanted me to drive around and find another location. Then this location charged me an after hours fee for a return on Sunday at 1pm WHEN THEY ARE OPEN!!

Taylor PThe gas gauge did not work. I ended up putting $45 of gas when it only needed like $20 for the amount of miles that I drove it. When I got it park on the delivery location it finally work. There was no refund option unfortunately. The auto service is not what I was hoping for. There's nothing better than dealing with a person.

Torra CProblems from the start. I don't like working with virtual assistant. I pay too much to have to do all the work. Website was down from get go and could not complete online. Took most if the day to get completed. When we returned the vehicle had to take pictures while it was coming a torrential thunderstorm and there was no covered area. Equipment was new and very nice, but would never recommend this site because of these issues.

Jakhongir IThe process was confusing and cumbersome as l the key box would not open and I had to go back to the virtual assistant 3 times. The cab was filthy and I was ultimately charged for uts clean up when I did not create the dirty cab. I received the vehicle with less than a1/4 of a tank of gas, only drove about 17 miles and was charged to replace the full rank of gas. I was charged an additional $75 dollars for gas and clean up and this was totally unacceptable. I will never rent a vehicle from this location again.
RONALD CI reserved my typical (please see my rental history the last 2 months) Cargo Van, yet when I arrived at the location and I was checking in through the App, I noticed that it switched me to a 10ft Truck - without ever notifying me. When I spoke with the virtual manager on the computer inside the office, he unapologetically told me that it wasn't their fault it was U-Haul and essentially just ended the call. Anyway, I call you guys and spoke with a nice woman (Jasmyn) who transferred me to your 24/7 department where the wait time was over 30 minutes, so I asked for a call back. I never received one and in the meantime, I was able to get the key from the lockbox without even having to finish the rental process on the App. I left with the truck and got home to find that it was not cleaned at all and had a ton of stuff still in the cargo area that I was forced to unload into my garage. I used the truck for the weekend as I normally did and returned it yesterday without any issue. Overall, just very disappointed with the service and having to drive a truck when I had the cargo van reserved - which, by the way, the same cargo van that I've rented the last dozen times in a row was sitting right there in the parking lot. I was told (again, by the virtual manager) that I could not have it because it was not cleaned properly....which is ironic considering how flighty the truck was that I was able to take. Mind you, I am no irate and trying to be a jerk because I understand things happen, but that said, I do feel like I should be given a pretty substantial credit towards my next rental. I am happy to talk to someone about this incident as well, so feel free to give me a call if that's part of your protocol when something of this magnitude occurs. Thanks! Josh

If uhaul is going to make you do a virtual/all app business model then you better make damn sure your app and web page is solid! Hire a better company to build and run your interface and web portal. If it happens again, I will rent through someone else.

Bryan PI would like to note that we brought the truck back with the same amount of gas we left with , and we were charged $12.39 extra for gas. I tried calling the facility to dispute the charge but was not able to speak with no one.
Angela CFirst and foremost the after hour pick up and app are not user friendly and no one told me that the credit card part were having issues. We spent 45 minutes just getting through that! The truck was dirty. Leftover food in glove box and canned drinks left under seats. Not a wonderful experience and super expensive!

After getting a discount for having to drive so far out of the way for the truck, the discount couldn't be added until after the transaction was done. The location and people had nothing to do with it (they were kind, professional, and very helpful). The UHaul company is stupid for not being able to make adjustments for people they screw over and can't seem to keep their word when they say they'll do something.

Dave SLocation did not do right on fuel. Over estimated it on front end under estimated on back end. They said it had 1/2 tank when checked out and said it had a 1/4 tank when returned. This was not true it had 3/8 when I left and I stopped at gas station and filled it back to 3/8 upon returning and they charged me $60 dollars for fuel saying it needed 13gallons on receipt. Location was closed when I returned and I didn't authorize this. Fair is fair, right right, wrong is wrong. They were in the wrong for this.
Joel PLocation was fine. Reservation was horrible. Forced to pay an environmental fee! I don't want to support your socialist policies. Price kept going up every time I turned around. Estimated taxes were WAY off. Location didn't have the furniture pads I ordered. Mileage charge was higher than on the estimate but I wasn't provided with a copy of my quote in the original email so I don't know what changed. I will try to use ANY other truck rental company before I ever use uhaul again in the future!
