The check in process was painful and took over 30 minutes. The virtual employees did not seem very well informed on how to obtain the keys.

The app had a hard time uploading pictures. Also, we were able to get our key easily, but there was a lock on the back door which didn't allow it to open. We had to spend additional time trying to identify another 4 letter word for the lock. The whole process took entirely too long. Uhaul was clean and facility was clean. No issues after we finally got the rental.

Amanda SEverything was five stars except the self-return process. Having to slowly take one picture per window rather than being able to select pictures you've already taken for each topic is a horribly slow process and very aggravating after hours when everyone wants to go home. Far too slow a self return process. Also, what is your customer supposed to do when the cell service isn't great in the area and your self-return process requires the internet? There should be a bold sign offering free guest wifi on the exterior near self-return so they can load the pages quickly. Text them a code since you have their number and give them the password for the wifi. Easy. These are easy ideas. Who is managing your self-return system? I'll gladly take a commission for these efficiency gains and increase in customer satisfaction....
Reilly LThe location at Midgard was perfect for my needs. James was extremely helpful, friendly and took care of everything I needed for moving day. The customer service was above and beyond the norm. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental and moving help. James even went out of his way to assist a mini storage client that needed help moving a piece of furniture. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. Kudos to James!

Chaka AI had a bad experience with the return and how much they charged me for Intown rental… I only had it for one hour and a half if that to be charged 120.00 dollars…the location was great and the service was awesome but I will not ever rent from haul again and I will not recommend no one for uhaul services

Dapo OI filled up the gas tank and I didn't use much gas, so I was trying to get a credit for the extra gas I putted in so they said no. No credit for it which pissed me off with the gas price now. I thought I'm going wise all of it but I didn't now I filled up for free for them and no credit. I think I'm not going to rent Uhaul anymore.

Douglas FUhaul needs to significantly improve it's internal systems to ensure they follow through with providing customer's what they've signed up for. There should never be a time that a customer should be left afraid and without resources because of a reckless company. In addition, U-Haul needs to better train their staff and improve their communications. Not a single person I spoke to today knew what they were talking about. This not only wastes the customers time and money but it also costs the company significantly.

KEVIN CAsked if we needed to do anything before we go. They said no. We later find a charge on our card charging us for fuel. No one ever explained this to us. We had no idea that we were expected to fill the tank up again. If we had known we would have. We asked twice, "is there anything else you need from us?" Both locations said no. Then they later tried to charge my card. Not cool.

TERENCE SWhen I got the truck it was dirty. There was sticky stuff on the floor and in the cup holder. Looked like a drink had been spilled. I went in and asked the employee for a clorox wipe to clean the inside because it was dirty. She said she had not looked at the truck in between customers so therefore I know ot had not been cleaned. Then when I returned the truck, i marked it as dirty so that it could be cleaned and I was charged the cleaning fee. I dont think that is fair and I am trying to dispute it. I only had one day to move and had movers on the way, that is the only reason I accepted the truck in that condition and because it was the only truck available.

The moving blankets in the van were a big surprise and came in very handy. The 26 foot van was clean and handled extremely well. Much better van than one I just rented from Penske!

KEITH AIt was a very convenient location for me to drop off. The only thing was, there wasn't much parking for a 26ft truck to park.
