When we reserved the truck in Covington GA the location made a mistake and locked the keys in the office and I could not use the mobile app. I had to call and they changed to another location about 10 miles away. It took an extra 2 hours to just pick up the truck and be able to start moving. Once I was able to secure a truck with the mobile app the move went very smoothly.

Randy C.Cargo van was not cleaned, previous driver had a dog, van stinked of dog and had pet hairs all over both seats. Dog bowl was left with dog hairs everywhere. Had to cover the seats with a garbage bag to operate vehicle. Could not roll windows up because the stench was so bad and had no choice to keep because I had to move over the weekend and reserved here by the time I picked up nothing else was available. Ended up having to take Benedryl because my sinuses became so inflamed I could not breathe properly

Dan S.The original pickup location called two hours before to say the equipment was not available. They did make arrangements for another location for pickup, but this added miles to the trip, which the dropoff location tried to charge for.
