You can’t. Melissa at the Castle Hayne store was perfect. She has to be one of the nicest, kindest, most helpful, and most diligent people I’ve ever met. She is beyond excellent as a representative for U-Haul. Someone needs to take note of that besides me. Better keep her. Not many around like her.

Todd JExcellent Customer Service! Fast, friendly and thoroughly professional staff, and clean, fully functional equipment. Staff provided prompt assistance checking out, hooking up and verifying the mechanical and electrical connections prior to me leaving the premises. Similarly, upon return of the equipment, the staff came immediately to assist in unhooking the trailer and completing the return transaction. Overall, an extremely enjoyable experience!
