Back of truck wasn’t swept out prior to rental. Roll Down Door needs repair (doesn’t roll down smoothly at all). Check Engine light and Check Trailer light remained on so basic maintenance appears needed. Steering wheel had about 1.5 inches of play in it indicating the assisted steering unit needs repair or replacement. Fuel efficicency (when most miles were driven with truck empty i.e. no load) was about 5MPG. Indicative of check engine likely problems.

Michael RThe woman was not very nice to start. I understand there were quite a few people that showed up at the same time and she was the only person, but friendliness would have gone much further. I could have done without the comments and faces that were made. I will attribute it to not having a good day, and hopefully it got better for her.

George AThis location was good but there are only about 4 customer parking spots out front. Would not return to this location due to that, there is nowhere to leave your car after picking up the uhaul.
Chelsea SWorst experience ever. First of all I was there almost 2 hrs. U Haul system went down, started my paperwork like 4 times and nothing. They called here and there and they were told they had no idea when system would up and running again. I have Diabetic Neuropathy and can't stand for long periods of time, so I had to go to my car and get chair to sit. There was also an older man with a prosthesis, he also had to go to his car to sit. One way you can make it better is to have a sitting ng are for your customers. SHAME ON YOU U HAUL.

stacy lUhaul corporate issue: Review your pricing!!! For trailer 6X12 Cargo daily about $35 day for 5 days remote (I pid with tax over $900.)) $836.00 . Fo 5 X 8 cargo daily $28.00. and 5 days remote $476.00 plus tx For 2 feet less half price??? Definetly will be rviewing my options in future and receommendation for using U halu trailers for remote drop off. Firt time I fealt taking advantage from from all my move and friend. Chuck

Joseph MPlease see comment above… The only feedback for the drop off location is the driver said it was so far from my apartment where he unloaded. Not sure if there would’ve been one closer for him but he did tell me that. Great experience with Uhaul and very satisfied. Thank you! :-)

John SYou could train every employee to be as caring and hard working as Greta. She went over and above to make sure my moving day went as smooth as possible. She actual drove 45 minutes after her shift to go get me the size truck I needed from another and drove back so I had it for the next morning. Thanks again Greta, much appreciated😁
Kathleen HThey did a good job. The only problem, somewhat minor for us, was that the particular truck we rented had a small leak in the roof so that during the drive it was raining and water got on some of the boxes, but without significant damage.

Jodi EAttendant seemed stressed out and was abrupt when I couldn’t understand where she wanted me to drop off the trailer. She was the only person there and had people waiting so I guess it was somewhat understandable.

Peter SMinor thing was the trailer had not been swept out and there was dirt and leaves which I had to sweep before loading. Not a big deal but it should have been done by the previous user.
