Equipment was present. But computer error in the same system did not allow the truck to be checked in from the last deiver. The had no blankets in spite of setting up the reservation weeks prior. So other than having no truck to drive away, and no blankets, it was a total success!

WALTER WMidgard staff did a great job of securing a one-way vehicle when the expected equipment did not arrive as anticipated. Vehicle is leaking oil or transmission fluid (found a pool in my driveway overnight).
Andrew MThe truck bed was dirty when I picked up the vehicle. Paper, rubber bands, some debris - nothing bad - it's a utility truck. I used the truck to pick up a fridge across the street from Best Buy and dropped it off at my home. Returned the truck next day. After I dropped off the truck and replaced the fuel - I drove 30 miles total and put 3 gallons of gas back in the tank - I was charged a $25 cleaning fee plus two gallons of gas extra. I took a picture of the gas gauge when I picked up the truck. The tank showed a hair above 1/4. The emailed report showed between 1/4 and next level up, it wasn't. Gas gauge looked exactly the same when I dropped vehicle off. A hair above 1/4. I can provide a photo of the gas gauge and receipt for the gas if you'd like. I'd a like a refund of the additional charges please. I'm not responsible for cleaning up a vehicle that was dirty to begin with and I replaced the gas I used as requested.

Randy HThe latch to close the door to the U-Haul was broken, and we had to tie it down with a rope. The horn was also broken in the truck, and the truck was filled with dirt and leaves and was not swept out. We are currently waiting for a refund, but have not heard back.

JOEL BAt some point you really need to retire your trucks. This was a big piece of crap. Transmission was awful. You never knew if it would start, requiring multiple attempts, including pulling the gear shift way up into park manually. My husband was driving a Penske (which was nicely equipped and well maintained) while I got stuck with this one. The facility was friendly so no complaints there. I guess my next rental will have to be Penske.

CHRISTINA BExhaust system has leak the has fumes getting into the cab and front end ball joints on steering have a fair amount of play as truck drifts a bit.

Michael HCheck the air pressure on the tires before a customer leaves. When I returned the UHaul trailer in Woodstock they checked the air pressure on the tire and the pressure was 15lbs below normal.

DARREN PThe site was inaccessible for the size truck I rented. In the check in process there needs to be a way to enter the gate. Otherwise there is nowhere to park without blocking the entrance. I had to get a patron to open the gate for me so I could park the truck in the back

JOSEPH WMy return of the U-Haul was delayed one day because of the torrential downpours driving from New Jersey through North Carolina. I explained to the U-Haul rep over the phone when I called to change the drop off location from Pooler, Georgia to Bluffton, South Carolina, that I was delayed one day because I had to pull off road on Monday & stay an extra night because I could not see due to the severe weather. I should not have been charged an extra fee for something that was not under my control. Absolutely no compassion for a stressful situation. Never again will I rent from U-Haul
SHEREE RCustomer service was good. I had reserved a 10' truck but had to use a 20' since it was overbooked. Guy gave me the same rate so it all worked out.
