I didn't want the insurance and communicated that on my initial visit but when I went in to pick up the trailer the individual charged me for the insurance without asking me if I wanted the insurance. I was also very disappointed with this individual when I showed up to pickup the trailer as I was the first one there that morning before he opened up the business. But he opened the other door away from the door for which I was waiting. The rude people who knew I was there first, took my spot in line and I was forced to wait 30 minutes to pickup my trailer which was already reserved! He should have been more attentive to this by asking who was first!

Absolutely the worst rental experience ever. Site manager tried to not allow me to return a trailer when my contract clearly stated the pick up and return location are the same. Returned a trailer after using for 22 hours and the site manager refused to check it in until 4 DAYS later! Got a bill for $160 instead of what should have been maybe $40. Site manager was rude, arrogant, belligerent, and displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never use this site again, and depending on how U-Haul addresses this situation, may never use their equipment either even though I have used them many times in the past.

I arrived on the 7th June at around 2pm. The office was closed and I could not find anyone. There were also other people trying to drop off trailers. I phoned and left a message that I was leaving the trailer. I received confirmation the next day so all was good. There were trailers all over the place and I was lucky to find a spot a spot that was suitable to park the trailer. It would have been nice if someone was around. Thanks.

The truck cab was unclean and had spilled drinks that were sticky in the cab. The agent was rude and irritable with the customers. She didn't seem to want to be there.

The trailer should be serviced. The trailer was not hooked up properly by the uhaul staff according to the roadside service man, the hydrolic brake went off as I was driving

I was pretty disappointed with my rental experience. I haven't rented a u-haul in over 15 years and I feel I accrued additional charges due to my inexperience. The facility didn't go over any of the policies and I just feel I got taken advantage of. I also was unable to email u-haul direct to express my dissatisfaction. None of the email addresses would deliver. Poor business practice is all I have to say from a company I thought had integrity and I could trust. U-haul sucks now.

Didn't have the truck I reserved. Took 3 hours to get the truck. Rude employee, I was also over charged for the 10foot truck and overcharged for the extra milage I had to use because I did not get the proper size truck. I'm also owed $50 for you guys not having the truck I reserved. If I was petty I would persue these issues further.

No equipment was available for the reservation! I tried to confirm days prior to reservation with no call backs. A trailer (smaller) was found for us probably from another reservation. This is the same SHIT SHOW I experienced last fall when using uhaul for a long distance move. I will never use uhaul again.

I reserved this location for a mobile pick up at nine and was told that I had to come back at 12 to get the truck. I got there at 12 and the attendant was the only person on site and was not able to help me until 1:30. That was when I got my truck 4 1/2 hours after my reservation. Awful experience!

Manager Michael Woods did an outstanding job under very difficult conditions. With the internet service down he had to manually process each transaction. While some customers became angry because of the delay in getting their equipment he maintained a calm demeanor and eventually helped everyone. His professionalism and handling of this difficult situation will make me choose U Haul again.

I went to turn in my trailer and the door was locked with a sign saying gone to the bank with a clock showing returning at 12:30 which was an hour and 15 minutes later. I returned at 1:45 and again the door was locked. No sign. A few minutes later came back from the storage lot. Annoying! Someone needs to be available during posted business hours. Several people came and left while I was waiting the first time.

I reserved the truck through your 24/7 availability and came at 7:30 am to pick it up. Unfortunately no one was there. I called the 800# and was told the facility did not open until 9. So I paid my crew and extra hour to sit around and wait for the truck. .. it was also not full of gas when I got it

Absolutely awful experience with the drop off. This company WILL NOT call you back for anything. I even called the storage rental place and tried to have the lady Rosa leave a message for the UHaul staff to get back in touch with me and they still have not yet. I will be calling UHaul customer service on Monday because this franchise or branch is not being run very effective or business ethical!! Completely disappointed all around from the drop off, I move a lot in my life and choose to move myself rather than hiring a big company to do so. I have been renting UHauls for over 25 years and have never been treated like this. Use any other place in town otherwise they will charge you like crazy and never return a phone call.

When I rented the tow dolly for a one way trip from NC to SC, the drop-off location was indicated as being "24 hour drop-off". I was at the facility shortly after 8AM, but they did not open until 9AM. I dropped off the dolly carefully in an open parking space, took pictures, and put my copy of the rental contract in the drop box. I left a message on their voice mail with my dolly number and details of how to get in touch with me. Later I saw a $20 charge from the facility. I called them back and was told that the charge was because I did not drop off during business hours. He told me "It was in the contract" and offered no further explanation.
