This was a new experience, and it was not bad at all.
Melanie SpenceThis was unattended location. The person I spoke with was on a screen and did not tell me to do a drop off email to U-Haul so you don't get charged a late fee! Also, the truck gas gauge showed 90 miles to empty on the display when I picked up it up and 110 miles to empty when I dropped it off. They still charged me for additional gas after the drop off. I will never use U-Haul again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be ripped off!
james hayMy furniture dolly was not in the truck and I pre-ordered it with my rental. Then the U-Haul app had technical issues which made me unable to get the truck until 7:40 a.m. It was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I'm questioning using them in the future.

Thomas E Neumane IIII got fucked out of my money. So yall just gone take my money like that. The truck was 28$. I put a 100$ dowm and she said it will be a couple of hours. This a new day. Still no money and now don't nobody want to talk me or give my money. Thats bad business but i have a lawyer and i will get my money back.

Whitney MargisThe facility was great and staff excellent. The truck I rented had so many issues. I am surprised it’s still on the road. Speedometer did not work which I felt is a huge safety factor when driving. The steering wheel was about 30 degrees out of alignment. The truck shook so bad on highway you could not see out of the mirrors to judge traffic behind you. It rattled and shook all the time I used it. I had to constantly move the steering wheel to keep the truck in a traffic lane. Best thing about it: the drivers door opened and I could get out of it. In a word the truck is a complete dog. You are welcome to drive it and verify everything I’ve stated. Thanks

roger martinThis was the absolute worst U-Haul rental experience I’ve ever encountered. The manager Amber was so rude and even canceled my reservation without cause. She was rude, did not apologize for canceling my reservation and even gave me a warning that if I am late she has the authority to cancel my reservation without notice. After I showed her U-Haul’s policy, she stated that she doesn’t work for U-Haul. After I returned my U-Haul, I noticed that I didn’t get a confirmation email. She put it in the system that I hadn’t returned the truck. After I called, she sent an email with the final amount. This lady overcharged me… charged extra for gas, although I had put more in there than was there originally. I was so upset and called U-Haul directly. They acknowledged that she in fact changed the mileage and overcharged me for the gas. (Make sure to take pictures using the U-Haul app and keep all receipts) U-Haul made it right, they refunded me the extra cost of gas and kept their $50 reservation fee promise. They all apologized for her behavior. This lady doesn’t need to be working with the public. She’s toxic and evil. I was so disappointed with my experience with her. I would never EVER send anyone to this location on Lindsay Lane. Thank you, U-Haul for making it right and being true to your word.
Barbara McKinnieHonestly this was the best UHaul I have ever used. Clean up to date drove like a car. The attendant was so helpful and nice at both locations. I would use again and definitely recommend. It was so nice not to have any stress added to my moving process. I honestly didn’t have to worry about anything everything was as it should be.
Jacob TuckerVery convenient location with easy access. Equipment is stored inside their security fence with plenty of room to maneuver a truck and trailer around. Agent was friendly and helpful. Very clean facility inside and out.
Richard RiffleI had an order for a furniture dolly. When I arrived at my pickup time the dolly was not in the van. I had to wait until 9 am for them to open. When I confronted them on the missing dolly she said she was aware and would not charge me. When I explained that I ordered the dolly bc I NEEDED it her answer was do me to drive across town to pick up a dolly from another location. All I can say is, really. You want me to go get the dolly that you knew the night before you didn’t have available? Messed up my day is all I have to say. That’s putting it nicely. This location is incompetent and inconsiderate of the customers needs. My money should be refunded!
David MathiasI was told one thing by assistant manager and the manager wouldn’t honor what she said. I was told that I would NOT be charged for final day, but I WAS. Manager Amber told me to call UHaul instead of her taking care of it and stand behind what Nikki said.

DAVID STJOHNStorage unit had a leak and damages to my furniture were not addressed. Also, twice I have waited outside the locked door (in the freezing cold) during operating business hours to pick up and return my rented truck. I called the number provided both times for assistance. The first time I didn’t have to wait too long (3-5 minutes max), but upon returning I had to wait outside again until the worker came around the building (10 minutes) in 30 degree weather.

ROBERT PRODon’t count on having an attendant present. At our return time, 4pm, I had to use the “after hours” process because the attendant was not present and the door was locked, even though the posted hours of business didn’t indicate closure until 6pm.

DEBORAH KELLEYVery unprofessional. No one was at the facility at the time the truck was due back. Was told to call a number and no one answered. Left a voicemail saying what time we returned the truck and left the paper inside the car that said the car was on 3/4 tank when picked up. This facility charged me a fuel charge and an extra day. They didn’t even bother looking at the contract before charging my card.
Bonita HoltThis location did not have a key drop box for 24/7 return. I had to go back during business hours to drop off the key. Very inconvenient. If I had known this, I would have chosen a different location.
