Rented handtruck for one day. Equipment was missing critical strap lock which resulted in a 2nd trip to the location to resolve. No resolution was found so hand truck could not be used exactly as rented. Returned 30 mins late but charged for a full extra day. This location closed 20 mins after return so rental by someone else was not possible. Virtual manager who completed return did not inform of 2nd day charge.

Edward RTruck had not been cleaned prior to me using it, pictures of the truck to approve were very misleading, the truck had scratches and marks all over the outside, the pictures did not have any of these in them. Went inside to let the person working know my concerns, she said oh it's ok all U-Haul trucks are messed up like that?? This truck had not been inspected from the last time it was used yet I was expected to approve the false pictures? Not pleased at all
Cyndi MApp was slow. Keys were also not inside the truck as described in the app, which could cause issues if pick up is occurring in off-business hours. Return was easy, but again, app was slow.

Ronald BI felt like this location was trying to skimp with the customer. When I got in the car, it had one mile over what the initial contract had. No big deal, I took a picture and re-submitted it. Then when I dropped it off, I had it at the same location I picked it up with. However, they charged me 2 more gallons after I dropped it off. It obviously was very close if they only added a mere two gallons. It's skimping around the edges and trying to stiff the customer. I will never, nor will I recommend, this locaiton.

Bartavia HIt wasn't that the location was bad it was the whole reservation and pick up experience that just really stunk. I tried to reserve a whole week ahead to make sure everything was good and everything about it went wrong. Quoted a price that was 50.00 off at pickup. Actually had to cancel reservation and redo it!!! It was a mess. Now the return of the equipment was handled AWESOME! The lady at pickup was very nice but they didn't have anything in order and I tried to make the pick up for my husband as easy as possible but it wasn't in the least. Next time( if there is one) I will just wait till day of to get equipment and take my chances.
Shannon ENo issues with the pickup location. U-Haul needs to improve it's ability to react to customer reservations and provide accurate and timely pick-up location information. I've had to call to correct something for the last 3 of 3 times I rented a U-Haul truck.

Michael BKnowing how to pull up the reservation and processing paperwork from that information would have saved about 20 minutes in the process. When I asked to add another driver, I was told I would have to call the customer service line again to do so (another 10-20 on hold).
