Check in return was not good. I didn’t recognize that virtual screen until it had already logged off. Then I had trouble downloading the Uhaul app. Last the app had trouble uploading (never did) and I don’t think it completed the check in process. I finally just left the truck… Joey Harp

Actually, everything was above Excellent, but there was not a button for that type of location. The truck did have some wear and tear, scratches and dings, but it was a very clean, (almost waxed and polished), appearance. I did my best to use the blankets to help keep the floor clean from some of my yard furniture, and swept before i returned the truck. Oh, yeah, and inside the cab of the truck it was like new even though it has a lotta miles on the speedo. The customer service personnel was also great!

Personnel could not answer UHaul questions. Claimed his only job was to take the money. Then he said if I brought it back a day early I wouldn't have to pay for the 5th day. So I did but was charged anyway because I did not bring it back before the pick up time on the first day. He failed to explain that part of the policy.... Although he tried to appear accommodating, he was not helping

Tell them everything is automated and your app doesn't work. They might also want to know that the "e-mail us" button doesn't work when you become desperate for help.

Midgard did a great job and the only reason that they got an above average and not an excellent grade is that there was limited room for my 20 footer

Stop stealing money from me by adding bogus $5.00 SafeTrip fee to the bill after I did everything on the app and was given a total price. I already opted for the $8.00 insurance so there is absolutely no reason for the SafeTrip fee, especially since it was never mention or listed on anything until checkout. Such a dishonest practice. Your app sucks too, why do I fill out everything on the app (address, drivers license, credit card), just to have to do it all over again when I go into the location to pick up the trailer. I have had great experiences with your local representatives, but the corporate policy to hide and charge additional fees is incredibly dishonest!

Uhaul should look at gas level returned and waive minor mileage overages….. in my case i was 3 miles over but returned truck w more gas than when i picked it up

Service was great!! Very convenient since we already had our furniture in storage there.We moved our furniture from our storage unit and was offered water to stay hydrated and was asked to let them know if we needed anything. Very courteous!!

The gentleman who came out and set us up for our trip was the same who greeted us when we returned. Caring individual represented the UHaul company well A+. Even took intrest in what we had purchased and looked at some pictures Model A 1930. My husband and I have pulled many a trailer this one was excellent! the breaking system was great! will use you again thank you for your quick service in having us set up and on our way.

The cab was dirty, it really needed a good sweeping otherwise my experience was without question wonderful, verrry pleasant and friendly. I would recommend you to anyone with pleasure.

I had a guaranteed pick up and originally ordered a 20' truck. I was upgraded to a 26' truck. When I arrived at Midgard I was told there was no truck as the one they had was damaged and couldn't be released. The manager did find another truck and was able to transfer it to me. The wait was longer than it should have been but he did the best he could with the circumstances he was provided. U-haul needs to improve its communication as this could have been avoided if I had received notification prior to my arrival there was a truck issue.
