U haul company needs to help this location out with software updates. It says to check in with mobile app but it screws up their system when you do. These poor wonderful people helped me out by redoing my rental while I was there.

Inspect and clean the vehicles properly. The front end was falling out of my vehicle, and it wasn’t cleaned. The passenger door was broken as well. I didn’t have the option of another 26’ truck to exchange with the broken one. I understand trucks come in malfunctioning, but I shouldn’t have been rented this truck. I called U-Haul, and they told me to take it back to the location I got it from or drive it until it broke and call roadside assistance. It didn’t seem like much care was taken with my personal safety. This of course isn’t on the location I picked up from. That lies on U-Haul as a whole. When I dropped it off, and showed the U-Haul employee what was wrong he immediately called the truck “downed”. This was hands down the worst U-Haul rental I’ve ever had.

Knowing the specific location at the facility for drop off would have been helpful (i.e. drive behind the building or park on the side of the road etc.) since the driveway is a little difficult to maneuver with such a large truck and other drivers around.
