The truck was clean and ready for me when I arrived. They were great to work with and got me on the road quickly. When I returned the truck it was already closed but it was easy to return. This location is easy to get too! Will rent again from this location!Chadwin D.

I called number on window and was told she can't do anything to help me to call uhaul direct and she was not very pleasant about it! Like I bothered her on her day off! Well don't put your number down if you dont want called or put uhaul number if you can't help me with uhaul!! Sitting in their lot and calling the number they say to call and be told they can't help just added to the frustration! But I called and I was on hold for a very long time! I pulled into the lot at about 9:45! By the time I was able to get the keys from the truck it was 11:15! I was dropped by customer service who did not call me back! The online system had issues and kept sending me thru a loop!!! I was very frustrated and angry I had people waiting on me to start at 11:30 and had to move it all back to 12:30! There is no reason it should have taken almost two hours to get a truck 90% of my time was stuck on hold! I will not go thru this process ever again! Your hold music states it's easy to pick up online no it is not when your system has connection issues and your locations are in remote areas with spotty signal and your left on hold for an hour! I am very unhappy! I used a 1/4 of a tank of gas and I am sure I got charged for the gas!! I passed one gas station on my way back and was unsure of their clearance so I did not pull in! By the time I returned the truck I was exhausted by the entire ordeal!James W.
I cannot think of anything that I could suggest for improvements. The people I dealt with were very courteous and had everything ready for me when I picked up the equipment and took care of me very expeditiously when I got back with the truck. Very pleased with everything.Kevin D.

I wouldn't recommend uhaul to a friend at all. I had a terrible experience. Had to speak with 6-7 people. There was a major lack of communication. My price changed after me writing down the price and being told the upgrade was at no charge to me.aljaay B.

I reserved my UHaul for the Akron location. 18 hours before I was set to pick it up, I got a text telling me it had changed. The new location added over an hour into the pickup process. When you're moving (an already stressful situation) and this happens, it's the kind of thing to turn you off from a company for life.Hannah B.

Had a horrible time with my first reservation and the app was terrible. It was experiencing a glitch during my chaos with uhaul not calling me back. Tried to resolve first thing Saturday morning as well as Friday evening. Very stressful day. That experience would be triple zerosTodd D.

The truck did not run well. It would buck under acceleration. The windshield wipers were horrible. They did not clean the windshield. When it began to rain I was unable to replace the wipers. They were not safe!Seth F.

we made a pick up reservation 5 minutes from our house; but were given a location 25 minutes from our house and had to pay for the extra gas/mileage---all process done by smartphone and no one was there at this location at 9 a.m.--and we could have gotten it earlier. We had to call customer service about 3 times and had to wait at least close to 10 minutes for each call before we could talk to a rep. my experience was just 'o.k.'donald W.
My pick up location was changed from right around the corner to a pretty bad neighborhood across town. Which put us over the mileage limit. Then there is no information on your website about the 24/7 pick up and how complicated it is. We were an hour late picking up the truck and u-haul automatically cancelled our reservation so the dashboard wasnt working. Then the fact that chrome and safari (the two consistant internet apps for Mobile devices) is not compatible with your check in process. Then NOTHING is said about providing not just 1 but 2 references when picking up the truck. I had to wake up 2 people at 1 am. Then I had to call customer service for a third time because after check in it gave me a drop off time of 2:45pm which is 10 hours less than the 48 hour rental standard -And not what I booked for.Laura L.
