No space to pull off of the road with the trailer!! Very tight area !!! The people are very friendly but it is just a bad location.
TIMOTHY SThe website is NOT user friendly, I would put in information and when I would go back to the sight the info was gone. I did have to change the date once, which was very easy. The website also states one-way and round trip moving. I registered online at Wilson's in Bridgeport, OH thinking I was dropping off in WV. Two days before the move I contacted Wilson's and the told me I had to return the truck to them. That's NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thank goodness calling U-Haul office they were able to get a truck the next day at Middle Creek Garage in Triadelphia, WV. Everything else was fine, need a better online service .

David HRented a auto carrier to transport my son's vehicle home from college. About 25 miles into our return trip trailer tire disintegrated. Called rental pick up location who was unapologetic and prompted me to call U-Haul roadside service. Roadside service representative was very pleasant and attended to our service request very promptly. U-Haul emergency response was on scene in about 2 hours. The road tech advised that a four tires were in poor shape and promptly swapped out all four with new tires. Trailer should have never been released from rental location with tires in that condition.

SALLY KUhaul dropped the ball over and over on this experience between a random rental cancellation, an employee forgetting to update my pickup time, and the truck not being at the alternate pickup location for 45 minutes. Regarding this location specifically though, after renting the truck at 4 pm Saturday and returning it 11 pm or so on that same Saturday, the truck was originally noted as "returned at 4:45 Sunday" which put me over the 24 hour rental period, attempting to charge me for 2 days. I can only assume it was this location not validating that the truck was there until late Sunday despite parking it exactly where I was told to several hours prior to returning it because I checked it in online that night I returned it.

PHILIP STRUCK SIZE NEEDED NOT AVAILABLE TO ME. WAS OFFERED ONLY SMSLL OFR LARGEST. TRUCK AT NO UPGRADE AND PAID 1500.00 MORE TO REBT LARGE TRUCK. WHEN I asked if they could get one for me, was told they go not do that. I yold her that I had never had that happen before, that U-Haul in Fl always assisted their customers. Shame on them

MARY LWhen utilizing the self pick up option, I was not able to get past the first step without the website being redirected to the login page. Luckily I chose the location I did that was open for business the day of pickup and was able to complete the checkout process. Please look into this issue so it doesn't happen to someone else who may be unfortunate to have a location with open business hours on day of pickup.

Brian TThe vehicle wasn't very clean and the steering on the vehicle was a little scary. Any time you made a slight turn you had to over correct as the vehicle wanted to continue in that direction after you would try to straighten the wheel. We did however get the job done and the vehicle had plenty of power. One more concern was the placement of uhaul equipment in the rear of the truck ( dolly and moving blankets) They where placed on the side of the truck in the rear right in ur way and if you moved them and broke the seal you had to pay extra for them even if you didn't use them. Was a pain working around the equipment.
Carmen BThe person I originally spoke to referred me to another location, because he said he was booked out, then the person at the other location said I couldn't be found in the system, then I was sent back to the original location, then the wrong sized truck was reserved. It's the new America. You have to get used to it. U Haul doesn't seem to have it's act together. It seems to have made everything under local control, and the National office has backed right off. Chaos is the result, as you can see. But nobody cares. It's the new America.

Jim SOnline reservation indicated another pickup location--8 miles away from this one. The original location was non-existent--a bare industrial parking lot. I then received a text to checkin at the new location. Could have been better communications as to actual street location of the rental location.

Larry PI went there at 5:30 in the morning to get my uhaul. I couldn't find the key so I called and whoever I spoke with told me to look in the back of the truck because that's where they keep them. But that was wrong. So he told me that he'll take $50 off for an inconvenience and told me to go back at 9 when they garage opens. I went back and they couldn't figure it out either. I finally got the keys at 10. And I got my bill and didn't receive the $50 off. Needless to i probably won't rent from them again
