I love this location and the people who own Mid-State are so pleasant to do business with. I will always rent a Uhaul from them and nowhere else! I can’t say enough good things!

This was the worst experience I have every had at a uhaul location. The first problem is that the place locked the gate and my car was stuck inside of the location until the next day. The gat was locked and no way to get inside to drop the uhaul off or get my personal car which is my only transportation. Had I known that the place would hold my car hostage I would have not rented from them. The second thing is that on return they don’t want people to block the gate but there is no where to put the uhaul after closing hours. Which is a terrible ideal to not have a Secure location to drop off equipment. But nothing is worst then when some woman that was at the building called my phone and yelled and talked to me in a very unprofessional way because I dropped the uhaul and returned the keys. Uhaul was in driveway and keys in drop box. Blocked 70% of driveway only beacuse I called and got no answer and do not want to keep it and extra day since I only rented it for the day. So I went up to the location to explain that nothing was explained to me and my concerns. When I was talking to the boys that work up there they should not let me talk told me that I should have kept the uhaul and just been charged more. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any location this should not be allowed within your company in my opinion as a paying customer. They told me to get out and that I didn’t have to rent from them again. Not once did they try to understand or offer and kind of flexibility with me on the return. Beacuse once again if I was giving all the information in the beginning I would have went to a different location. The lady walked up in my face and the at all times is in no way acceptable. I will never go back and will make sure my family and friends don’t go back. Terrible feeling no being able to get my car and go to work because of a lack of information. The woman said she talked to some woman and told her to not block the gate. She assumed that the woman was with me and said what did I tell her repeatedly, new flash I rented the uhaul not a woman and you should have talked to me not anyone else. The woman she talked to was not with me. So once angina very unprofessional and rude. Maybe if u was white they would have treated me differently. Funny thing is they where happy to get my business(money) but not willing to try to help when problems arise.

We were very pleased with this service. Staff was friendly . I reserved by phone, so truck was ready when we went to pick it up .

This place has only rented Uhauls for a short period of time. They really need to get their act together better. For one thing, they never once asked me for my ID. I could have been anyone picking up the truck giving my name. I'm sure in time they will get much better.

I later learned,there was to be a physical walk through of the truck, but that didn’t happen,so when I dropped the truck off,any accumulated trash was taken out,but apparently there was trash underneath or inside someplace inside the cab and I’m being charged for someone else trash, I don’t appreciate that and I will go out of my way to discourage anyone from using Uhaul, I was treated like I was begging for change.

The owner or manager was very rude to me in regards to a mix-up between another location and customer service. She basically texted my phone and threatened to send me a tow bill because I was advise by 2 other representatives from Uhaul to leave the car in front of a gate. When I informed her of the situation, she rudely stated well “they told you wrong” and told me I should read the sign. I will never rent another truck from this location and if anybody ever asks me I will tell them to avoid this location. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and I’ve never spoken to a customer the way she spoke to me and I don’t appreciate it, espically with me being a PAYING customer. You should be ashemed to even have her as the “face” of your company at that location.
