The online pickup wasn't simple enough. It took me 30 minutes to get the information uploaded to checkout and get my rental on the road. Some of these things could have been done in advance such as contact information and photo ID. I was at the location at the time I expected to start moving and wasted 30 minutes. When I gave an estimated drop off time I didn't take this into account.Lester K.

The truck got to the 50 mile empty before i got out of the state on 322 south. It only had an 1/8 of a tank when i pulled out the gauge said under a quarter in the lot. It is only 9 miles from there when it turned on the 50 mile warning. I told her that and she called me a lier but in other words. quote. Ee never let a truck go out of here with less than a quarter of a tank. I would not have written this excerpt she basically called me a lier. I told her so that they could keep a better eye on it not as a problem. Gracias.Michael F.

I drove in town for my rental! The receipt says I drove 43 miles! How I'm the hell can you drive 43 miles in town! I rented a truck at the same location a year ago and drove in town. My mileage was billed correctly. For IN TOWN!!!! This locations trucks are now being set to triple the mileage! There is no way that I should have been charged such a ridiculous, outrageous, overage amount!!! So my comment is to quit over charging on mileage on rental trucks!!!! UHaul at this location is scamming customers!!! The speedometers are set to overcharge on mileage!!!!cathy M.
Everything was perfect. Trailer was cleaned, serviced and all lights were working. Being an over the road truck driver I pay close attention to safety issues that could cause unnecessary time lost during the trip, such as proper air pressure in tires and things like have enough grease in wheel bearingglenn T.

Great experience with U-Haul! Great experience with Michael's Service Center, Inc.! Will definitely use again, given the opportunity. Nothing to do with the location, product, or the service quality - but the remote cell phone check in and check out didn't work for me. It couldn't detect my location, even though that was switched on for my phone. Not a problem to just talk to someone in person though.Michael C.

The location was good but I only went there because someone stole the trailer I reserved the night before from a different location and didn't find out until I got there which caused me to almost miss my appointment.Seth M.

I made a reservation 4 or 5 days before pickup. My reservation was scheduled as in person. The morning of move 29 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up the truck the reservation was changed to online pickup. I was already at the location when I found this out because the location was closed. I did not sign up for online pickup and my mobile device would not allow me to create a new account. Therefore I had to drive to another location 10 miles away. I lost over an hour of my time and had people waiting for me to help with the move. This is unacceptable and extremely incompetent. I will never use this location or Uhaul again.Marc B.

We did have an issue with the overhead door to the cargo box, and were unable to close it when we were loaded. Fortunately, it was a short, local move. Additionally, I was unaware of the mobile checkin process, and had already dropped the keys in the drop slot and was unable to get a picture of the dash gauges for the checkin. This cost me a $20 "convenience fee" for them checking it in.Kenneth H.

The workers and the location were very good. But the phone check in was TERRIBLE. I began the check in process at 8:05, and I did not receive authorization/verification until after 8:40. This made the phone sign in worthless since the location opened at 8:30. The workers at the location even tried to sign me in through their computer, but they told me they weren't able to since I'd started the process already on my phone. And then when I did receive verification, it did not give me the code to unlock the truck. I had to go back inside and ask the workers to open it for me. This caused me to be 40 minutes later that I was supposed to be. Movers were waiting for me at the house the whole time I was waiting on this verification with the phone log in. To be honest, I believe I should receive a refund due to the extremely poor quality of the phone check in. I made a schedule with my movers, and U-Haul's website said I could pick up my truck at 8:00 by using the phone check in. But it required me to wait over 40 minutes after 8:00 before I could take the truck. This was completely unacceptable service from U-Haul and their website. I would appreciate contact regarding how you could make this right. Your mistake and poor service cost me time and money.Adam L.
