I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau, etc. THIS IS NOT TRANSACTION. I did not place an order for an equipment dolly with U-Haul. I called yesterday and was on hold for over 50 minutes before a lady answered and told me that someone entered my phone number by accident when placing the order. She assured me that she would send me an email to confirm that this was an error and that it had been corrected, but no email was sent. Today I received a receipt FOR A TRANSACTION THAT IS NOT MINE. I dropped the truck off after hours & I do not agree with the gas level they entered & charged me for.

Charged me for gas & put on my receipt an incorrect level. I stopped for gas & used the chart given to put in the correct amount. No way I was 5 gallons short at those ridiculous prices.

Metts is, without a doubt, the friendliest and most professional Uhaul dealer that I have ever dealt with. They really were "on the ball" and had me directed to a parking spot, checked over, unhooked, and checked out in minutes. All with smiles on their faces. Thanks!

Update you website to show actual hours open on Sunday. TThe office opens at 11AM not 8AM on Sunday. The nice lady said she has been trying for a long time to get this corrected.

They need to pay attention to when you choose other payment after check in when closed. I had a question about my final total they wanted to charge me so I chose other. They still charged my card and never contacted me ( I reached out when the charge happened) then they text me from a non uhaul associated number

The tow trailer was not available on Saturday when we scheduled to pick it up. Not there Monday when we changed it to pick up then, was told we would have to drive to another city1&1/2 hours away to pick up one. Finally got one 5 hours later than we were scheduled to pick it up! Made us run very late on moving to another state

We used this storage facility for nearly 3 years and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The facility was always clean and well maintained; if I needed to store my belongings somewhere again I would return to Mets climate control. Awesome place and awesome staff!

We spoke to the office staff twice by phone. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Although this location is a little off the main road, I highly recommend it.

Gas tank was not full as I was told before leaving the facility. For a 30 mile round trip I had to pay $20 for gas to fill the tank! Not fair since that last user did not fill the tank. I compared the gas gauge when I left and how it looked full after I filled it. I suggest people provide a receipt that shows they filled the gas tank. Thanks

We wanted to rent something in Greenville nc and had to drive an extra hour to get the truck. We should have been given more notice than the day before that the truck was not available in Greenville

The lady who assisted me was AWESOME!!!! I believe her name was Karen - she did an outstanding job taking care of me before and after returning the Uhaul trailer.
