My movers were amazing! They were communicative and ultra-friendly. Very mannerly and quick and efficient. Honestly the best movers I've ever had.

Amy BMy issue was maybe not with the location, but the app didn't provide the gate code prior to asking me for pictures (or ever), so I wasn't able to take proper photographs as I was blocking the entrance gate while waiting for the code. I had to reverse and pull into a parking spot to call uhaul before I could get in. No issues otherwise!

Cheryl KThe only thing I can think of is u haul didn't clear the computer from my previous rental 3/23 for a 95 dollar balance that was paid in full 3/23 & it held up time my rental but after a 30 minute phone call u haul apologized for there mistake and I was able to rent a u haul and I even purchased another storage unit that makes 3 storage units I now rent

Bruno DWhen I arrived, I needed to locate the van, which was inside a rather large parking lot. After walking across the parking lot to find the van, I then needed to walk back to the entrance to get the key and then walk back to the van. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. When I got in the van, the low tire pressure light was on. There were no markings on the door for tire pressure. To get the odometer reading, I had to figure out how to clear the tire pressure warning. I also don't understand why vehicles can't be left full. It's easy to refill a tank to full. Not so much "a little over half."
PHILIP NThis was the first time I rented a U-Haul from this location. Both of the employees I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for Rental Services!

Christopher KI left my sunglasses in the truck. They are Ray-Ban's in a blue protective sleeve. Went to location but the truck was just removed from the lot for scheduled maintenance. The manager was nice enough to take my phone number in case they show up but I doubt I'll see these again. who knows. Otherwise the experience of renting from this location was great.

Ashish TCustomer service needs improvement! Car dolly was damaged the driver light didn't work. And my pick up location was changed three times which was poor because I was out of state and I had no idea where I was.

Sonya BI didn't realize it was not a regular Uhaul. I didn't know that "after hours" started at 3pm and had to pay extra for that. I also had to pay $25 cleaning fee but when I picked up the truck it was GROSS and not cleaned from the previous user. Crushed goldfish crackers were all over the floor and dried liquid in the cup holders. The woman at the front desk, Jennifer was very nice.
EMILY MWorst experience. Will never use uhaul again. They guy there was not nice and a jerk. Really one of the rudest guys ive met. I guess penski from now on.
Corey BI have not rented a UHAUL in over twenty years so I did not fully understand that it was necessary to take a picture of how much gas was in the vehicle upon accepting it. When I returned the vehicle, with more gas then I received it in, I was charged a fuel fee. The personnel was polite, but did not empathize the importance of photographing the gas gauge. .
Karen GI had an absolutely horrible experience with my Uhaul rental. I specifically got a 24/7 reservation so that I could drop the truck off after hours with my phone. However, the mobile drop off did not work at all and I was charged an extra $20 + the next day for a staff drop off "convenience fee". I view it as completely unacceptable that I was charged extra for the mobile drop off service not working, which is no fault of mine. When I tried to dispute the charge, I was left on hold for hours. I was sure to leave a review of my experiences on google and will never rent a Uhaul truck again. I've also told 4 of my friends who are moving in the next several months about what happened and they will be switching from Uhaul to Penske, budget, etc. I'll continue to tell anyone who is moving not to use Uhaul, who scams you out of money for their faulty services that they advertise.

RICHARD BSebastian was a huge help getting started and made sure I had everything I needed to store my items securely for as long as I needed. Facility was clean and I never felt like my items were in danger of being damaged or compromised. Price for the space was definitely reasonable and they are in a good location for safe entry and exit. Would use this storage place again for sure.

When I showed up up to enter the gate I didn't have access. I called the office the next and they said I needed to pay a extra 20 for 24/7. My next off day was 4 days which put me in a new month. Yup! Had to pay another 80.00 and my things aren't even in there. Other then that everyone is nice and the place is clean.
