Location was a little hard to find but the staff was very helpful . The young lady was very inviting and welcomed me to the area. She was quick to help with getting me in and out and took the time to review the notes on the system to make sure my mileswhere correctly documented since I ordered the truck to be placed in Orlando and was sent about 30 miles away from where I needed to be .. this staff was excellent

However I would put roach baits in truck inside sense I seen Brown Small ones , all over the bottom of the truck drivers side door.

I wasn't inform about the fill up fee( $30) I knew that you charge the more for the price if gas almost twise. I rent another track the day before and I put almos 10 dollars extra and I didn't get any credit for that. I think you must always give a full tank and the customer should always return full it's very hard to refill a partial tank .

I had good service just 1 problem at the end when i was returning the uhaul back would rent from you again in the future. I would also tell people about renting from you too.

Then when I returned the truck they said my orginal miles on the truck were less then when I received it! I believe the person at the pick up location used the truck for his own use!

The young lady was very helpful and courteous. They had the truck that I needed where my location that I had made a reservation did not. This location is not anywhere close to me, however I would go back if I had to.

I had a reservation all set up and they even called me to confirmed and when I went to pick up the truck they didn't have it so I had to driver all over town to find one!! Not happy

- Front Desk employee gave wrong and misleading information re the dropp off location. - Furniture dolly I booked online days in advance wasn't available at the pick up location. I was given an appliance dolly instead and was still charged full price! Imagine how it feels to lift a couch with a 2-wheel appliance dolly! It totally damaged my back.

I had major problems with the manager LIOL.I reserved rental truck from Goodyear Ohio U-haul on 2/05/11 with Liol for 2/7/11 8:30are-5pm. I received my email with my conformation number (88872469), price of the 14 in truck (29.95) and the mileage rate (.69). When I arrived at 8:45am, Liol was leaving out of the parking lot. He had an emergency. Another guy assisted me and my husband. He had to call somebody on phone for help. The person on the phone pulls up my information. I gave him my driving license and he read the information to the guy on the phone. They ask me did I want rental insurance. I said no. The guy on phone told him that I would have to put down $100. I did in cash. He gave me the key to the truck and wrote on a white piece of paper that he had received $100.00in cash. I told him I have rented from U-Haul plenty of times to know the whole process. The other guy pulled the truck out. My husband got in the truck and read the mileage to me and I ask him let me see the gas hand. I look and I went back inside and told the guy that assisted us, the gas is too low. He said let me see. Also told us it was on a quarter of tank, my husband and brother law was there to witness we all saw a quarter tank. He said it use unleaded gas, bring it back on quarter tank. I had all this written on the white piece of paper that supposes to be my receipt. We brought the truck back to Goodyear at 4pm. Liol was there. I gave him the key to truck. He went and pulled the information from the truck. Then pulled the information up on the computer and said the computer show 3/8 of gas in the car and that I would have to pay 38.00 to replace gas. I told him no it ¼ when we left and we did not go far and had put 20.00 gas in the truck before we pulled up. The guy that was here stated it first and I have witness. I called my husband in so he could tell him what the guy said and he saw. He told us he had to go by the computer. I told him somebody must have drove this truck and did not put it in the computer like they was told. I stated well my kids are standing at the bus stop we need to hurry up. I told my husband to go to the gas station right across the street. We have our receipt. My husband put $10 more in and the hand did not move. He went back in and put $15 again the gas gauge did not move. My husband told Liol, something wrong with the gas gauge. He stated nothing is wrong with the gas gauge. My husband said it really crazy I just spent $45.00 on gas and gas gauge not move you are trying to pull a scam on me. He said well I am going to charge you $38.00. My husband was piss and I told him just take the $38 out and give me may receipt because my kids are bus stop. They had been there waiting for 45 mins. We had arrived at Goodyear at 4pm and did not leave to 4:50pm trying to get this resolved. I ask him for the manager and he said he the manager. I told him you have someone over you. Then he really started avoiding me and starts helping other customers
