Kevin at Mclendon Hardware in Sumner Washington was extremely helpful and walked us through everything. Very helpful with every question. Would recommend him specifically.
Misti A.I was supposed to have a rental from Buckley but they canceled it & moved me to Sumner the next day since they didn't have the trailer in yet from another renter. I was told I would have a $50 credit but it was not on my account. Then the summer location tried to charge me an extra $20 saying that rates went up a wk ago but I booked it just a couple days ago. Either uhaul is a scam or these smaller franchises are trying to do a bait & switch
