I was double charged. The van has prior damage but no one told me. A CST called telling me I was in an accident. I told her I never was involved in any accident. The store manager looked at the vehicle and sai it was prior damage because it was taped with x's remarks. This is disgusting experience and will never rent from you again.khalil Z.

The vehicle wasn't clean, took over 20mins for someone to show up to the desk to help me. When he finally did show he was very nice. But considering the website and all the extra things added to doing a simple rental. I won't be using U-Haul again. Take careSamuel R.
You need to organize better and Don't lie to customers. I picked a rental truck at McLendon Hardware Kent and I was told by the lady who attended me that I would be given a credit for for gas passing 7/16. So I filled the tank and returned the truck with 3/4 level of gasoline. Now U-HAUL wouldn't give me a refund!MARIO F.

The ramp had a broken hook that connects the ramp to the back of the truck. This appears to have been a known issue. This resulted in additional time needed for me to safely use the truck. I'm hopeful this is fixed prior to the next renter of the truck.Jeremy W.

The Truck 24/7 was a horrible experience. I watched the videos and read what I was supposed to do to access the truck. It said all I needed was my drivers license. When I tried to check in, it required additional information that I did not have with me. I'm in the middle of moving and picking up a truck. Why would I have my passport? Why are you asking to contact a friend, family member, or employer when I'm just trying to pick up the truck? This is unacceptable, and customer service could or would not tell me why this additional information was needed and why my drivers license was not sufficient. Thank goodness the hardware store was open and could help me, otherwise it would have been a massive disaster of a day. If I could give negative stars for that I would.Erin P.

I called the Auburn location . It's the one I always use . I was in a time crunch and needed a truck asap. That location was out of the side I needed. I spoke with Margarita and she was beyond helpful and was able to find a truck for me at a different location . I am very appreciative of her awesome customer service!! Today was just stressful ( as moving always is lol) but her attitude and kindness really turned my day around . Gracias Natale W.
