Dropped off the equipment after hours, but it was still day time when I did. Unsure why this place is even an option to drop off U-Haul equipment. I selected it because it was the closest return spot for my new address, but I wouldn't consider it a good place to pick up anything.

Gregory JI rent from this location frequently. Also, I use and will continue to use Uhaul to rent. However, this time I was charged for two days even though I only rented the trailer for 6 hours. I'm not sure what happened.

Marilyn Ceverything went wrong with this shipment. Could not contact any one by eamail. When I called and waited 30 minutes the person did not know anything, could not get any info on computer so I was put on hold while he called the local dealer for info.

Joshua WHave a knowledgeable and willing to help staff the reservations line totally ruined our plans. we were told there was a 10 ft truck at one locations and there was not one that was clean and ready to go......we would have had a 2 hour wait, so then they sent us to another city to get a truck and they didn't have it ready when we got there........awful experience all the way around for pick up locations--2 had no clue

Randy WI was grateful for the staff's willingness to accommodate my being late for pickup. I work about two hours away from home and was pushing to get there on time. They were kind enough to stay until I got there. That is customer service at its finest.

Kathleen BI had to drive 25 miles to get this trailer, after location to pick up changed 3 times. That makes a total of 100 miles to go pick it up and take it back. I had a trailer reserved closer but it was given to someone else
gilbert wI just had to go out my way to get the uhaul because they didn't have one at the requested location. It would be nice to transport one to location requested or get any discount at pick up at another location.

HERB JFor starters, you can deliver the trailer to the location promised. We were told 3 times that the trailer would be ready for pickup at the Broadway location in Hattiesburg at 4 pm. At noon on the pickup date, we received a voicemail that the trailer would have to be picked up in Moselle at McGowen Chemical, an additional 30 minutes away. The Moselle location was basically a dump and the time to process our pick up took far too long even though the man who did the computer processing was nice. The trailer had not been swept out since the last use. We had complained to your customer service over the inconvenience of having to drive to Moselle to get the trailer on such short notice and were told we would receive a $50 credit to our final bill, which did not happen. We would not recommend UHaul to anyone because we don't trust the company anymore to tell the truth to customers.
