We received the best customer service at this location. Everything was explained in details on how to safely use the equipment. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

VINCENT BThis vehicles a/c unit stopped operating about halfway from my destination. It was very hot inside the vehicle, with temperatures above 100 degrees. I arrived at the location in Waco, Tx. around 6:30pm. and wanted to discuss the issue and possibly reimbursement, but the office was closed. It would have been nice to be able to discuss the a/c problem.

Johnny VThis was where I finally got a truck. It was the only location I went to that was actually friendly and helpful! Overall, I had to go to 4 different locations to pick up a reservation that I made weeks ago and reserved with a credit card! The first one got moved to a different one. That one was the wrong one or got moved again or something, so I had to go to yet another one. That one had the trailer but not the truck, so I had to go to another one all the way downtown, get the truck, then go back to #3, get the trailer, then go all the way back to my home - which is across the street from the original location by the way. Plus, they were "out" of the dolly and blankets I reserved. Why did I even bother???

Douglas Sif a customer reserve a dolly with the truck, please make sure it is on the truck. I reserved one and there was not on the truck. We had to lift the boxes.

Best decision made that day! Made the effort super easy instead of manually carrying one box a time from parking garage to elevator to the apartment.

Took over an hour working with people from "800" number support to get everything set up to get the truck via my smartphone. Departed Mcdowell Service Center at 11:00 am, one hour after their published open hour, and the business was still not open.

Wayne EMy complaint concerns the U-Haul app. I took a picture of the inside of the trailer then backed it up against a fence and unhooked from my vehicle. I then attempted to use the U-Haul app to upload my picture because the drop-off was not during business hours. The app would not accept the upload. It would only allow me to take a new picture within the app. I could no longer do so because the trailer was up against the fence. Very poor design of the app.
Greg FMike was extremely friendly and courteous but he needs more help. He was checking out Uhauls in between car inspections and changing tires. It made for a long wait.

THOMAS GU-Haul changed my pick up location at the last minute in the afternoon before, which caused me to have to change my schedule. The reason for booking a truck and location with customer service is so they can have what you need where you want it to be !
