Amanda HillReceived smaller truck than originally requested so had to make multiple trips which doubled my mileage cost. Then was charged over 350 more miles than was driven. Needless to say, I’m not happy & will never be back to this location. Also will remember to take a pic of odometer upon pick up & return next time. Very poor business practices.

C.L. SharkeyI did have to pick the truck up 40 miles from location. Which I was given that free mileage. But hadn’t noticed till I was all packed and loaded and on the road from Missouri to Arizona we went through an ice storm with no windshield wiper fluid to keep windows clean from the grunge that the 18 wheelers were throwing up while passing me. Then when we went through New Mexico the sun was shining and driver side did not have a sun visor. The truck road well.
Beverly binnsThe person in charge of UHaul was not there. I left the trailer with a mechanic who works there. He said he would have someone check it in the next morning. I would have felt more comfortable if someone could have checked it in.

DEAN MOOREThey were very helpful and the trailer was in great shape. (I called Cape Girardeau MO and they told me $35. On an 5x8 trailer and when I asked questions they said, they couldn’t answer my questions until I made a reservation. That didn’t sound right). Sikeston answered all my questions they were very upfront about everything!!

Mary IsomNot that we were charged, we did get credit. When we can't get the equipment we ordered to move, please always let the customer know so they can look elsewhere for the equipment. I have no problems using the trucks, they have always been good trucks with no issues.

When I made my reservation in advance Uhaul had me dropping off at a location that is no longer in business, they’re phone number was even disconnected! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find a different location. Another address was sent to me so we went there only to find nothing again! I found McClains, pulled in and called Uhaul customer service with another 20 minute phone call. Basically we were in a town that we are not yet familiar with trying to return a 26’ Uhaul. I have used Uhaul many times over the years and this was by far the worst experience ever!
Dawn KuhlDidn’t have furniture dolly or two wheel dolly or blankets. Paid for online, reached out for $30.00 refund to customer service with no luck on resolving $30.00. This was thru u-haul customer service. Not local.
John OwenI reserved a truck n dolly three weeks in advance. When I get there 8 am to pick up the truck n dolly they have no dolly. So I have to run some place else in town n spend 52 dollars to rent a dolly. Then was charged 24 dollars for fuel which I had already filled the truck back to where it was at pick up. I think I should be refunded the money for the rental.

THOMAS WALLERHave a scheduler on call ? Just one in the main customer service office would have been more than helpful. It was very stressful not knowing if I would be penalized for dropping off the vehicle in the original location but not being able to prove I did so. There was absolutely no way I could have waited to return it. Also I didn’t want to be charged for an extra day. 🤷🏻♀️

Vicky JonesDon't allow prior renters to extend their time if that will cause an upcoming customer to not get the truck they requested. Well in advance we had reserved a 20 ft truck for one week, but had to settle for a much larger, more cumbersome and difficult to handle/drive 26 ft truck when a previous renter was allowed to extend their rental. And despite what you might think, bigger is NOT always better, even for the same rental rate. We had narrow driveways and other obstacles to negotiate and that was made much more difficult with a 6 ft longer and wider truck. The 26 ft truck we got also had an extremely rough ride quality.
rodney mcconnelLower your prices! I paid $133 for one round trip. 8 hours! Minimum wage is less than $8. 8 hours of work gets you under $64 before taxes! Honestly, it's not an affordable option. I could have rented a pickup truck for 3 days with unlimited mileage for much less. Which I will be doing next time.
