KRISTIAN FVery unmotivated staff at pickup location. One of the employees even mentioned that having U-Haul is a burden to them, and that it's not worth it. They are a hardware supply company and are very busy with their principal business. I waited 20 min for them to attend to me. Overall, the U-Haul was great, but the pickup location was sub optimal.

jerald SUnsafe for after hours pick up, dark and many homeless. Truck didn't have the paid for blankets. Truck engine check light came on, then cruise control, ABS and antiskid all stopped working on day of turn in.

Darren CThe location was in bit isolated area, with broken cars around. But easy location next to main street. They did not place dolly I had requested, so had to talk to customer service to cancel out; customer service lady was helpful. There was no onsite person to clarify that. The good thing was this location had the truck available, when it was not available in my nearby location. So that helped me get my job done. Customer service lady over phone was very professional and helpful on initial check in of truck. Overall an easy location.
