Macaulay‘s Feed was extremely flexible and kind when I had to cancel and reschedule. It was easy and quick changing the size of my truck. I would highly recommend them and have used them numerous times.

James VMy only request on McCallas would be to have them provide a little better lighting. Even tho I knew where it was, I still passed it and had to turn around. I also wasn't sure where to leave the truck. There are so many building entrances and driveways that it was hard not to block something. So some sort of "return here after hours" signage would be nice.
jayleena mPickup was very smooth, especially compared with my previous attempt to rent a 10foot truck for a one-way rental. Appreciated the competence, confidence, and calm manner of the person who helped me. Although he offered to check my truck in for me, I tried using the U-Haul app for check in. Uploading of photos for the check-in state of the truck were *very* slow. Consider updating the app to upload photos one-at-a-time, as they are submitted, rather than one big batch at the end.

Steven LI returned truck at night and there wasn't enough light on the bar code next to the door for me to photograph it and prove my location. My wife had to bring the car over and shine the headlights on it for my phone camera to work. Overall, easy parking and convenient location.
Robert WThe wire snap holder on the cable hooks are not made big enough for a superduty hitch, it’s incredibly difficult to click into position and remove. It’s a safety feature that doesn’t work well.

Mackenzie PNever ever again with uhaul! Someone set up our reservation for a 26 foot truck and car hauler for a remote pick up. The reservation was set up correctly for remote pick up so we couldn't use the ap (which malfunctioned several times anyway). All the customer service reps where horribly incompetent. After 4 hours we were able to get in touch with someone who fixed the reservation (Ariel wad uer name and she was excellent.) We were able to pick up the truck- no dolly on it. Then go to another location to pick up a car hauler- which you all charged us a milage overage for! Terrible! We were a day late leaving. I am extremely disappointed.
