Brian DavisI signed up to pick-up at another location and was moved to this one about 2 hours before pick-up time. It was 15 minutes away from the location of my reservation which was an issue on the front end and back end return time of my order. U-Haul will not be my first choice next time.

Mohammed LakhaniI reserved the equipment for 7:00 I walked in at 7:05 and they couldn’t find my reservation. So I had to refill out all the information at the U-Haul location Which took an extra half hour of my time. I had the reservation number and emails of my reservation and the pick up location and they couldn’t find it in the computer. But the trailer did work out for what I needed for

I notified them that I needed the van for an extra hour and got an acceptance response right away. If I need Uhaul again, I will go to this Glendale Heights location! A very happy senior citizen customer.

Eric BlairI rented a cargo van. Drive 49 miles. Stopped less than a 1/4 mile away and put 4 gallons of gas in the tank. When I got back in the van the gas gauge reading went down from where it was when I got out to put gas in. I let the person know the gauge is not working correctly In the end. I spent $13 at the gas station and $11 upon returning. The 19.95 a day deal cost me $24 in gas to go 49 miles. That’s.8.1 miles a gallon average. (I did not leave the van idling at any time I had it) Here’s the worst part. I tried to explain that I think the gauge isn’t working. And felt like I was being treated like a liar. ‘That’s impossible- it’s a new truck’ Check the gas gauge by releasing the pressure before you drive off. I guess.

CHARLES MIEHLEThe truck I rented was filthy, stank of cigarettes, gas level was lower than stated. The outside was covered in tar, inside had never seen a vacuum, and I was assigned this mobile dump when a clean vehicle was parked next to it!

Gayle DominicisLet me know the vehicle is governed to not go over 74 mph! It may have been in the fine print, but I don't remember going over a $30 'Safe Move' charge? I don't like having to operate through the UHaul app! The facility itself and the staff were great to deal with.
Michael sharpI picked up the trailer 6:30pm on 31st July and dropped it off at 10:30 pm the same day . I went back the next day to the front desk to inform the lady I dropped off the trailer the previous day and confirmed . The next day I got charged for an extra day and when I called to question the lady on the front desk , she lied to me saying she informed me to checkin .. Basically just trying to trick the situation to over charge me . This is a big scam and I would never recommend such a place to anyone . This is very disturbing .I hope some action is take against it .

Chet PatelI was renting a trailer. Because I don’t drive them often, I’m not efficient at backing up trailers. But when dropping off, it is very tight quarters to back the trailer into a parking space. Having someplace with a little more room would make the process more efficient and less stressful.

GEORGE ROJASWe had a horrible experience at this location. The scheduled pick up time was supposed to be at 6pm, there was no one at the location until 6:35pm. After I got back home with the truck, I realized that he didn't take a lock from the back of the truck off, and he made us drive all the way back to the pick up location to unlock it.

charles bluntI rented a 26’ box truck at my desired location a week prior to moving. I was rerouted to the new location the day after booking because the new location had an available 26’ truck. Instead of keeping the truck for my reservation, they rented the 26’ truck prior to my arrival to another customer. They were unwilling to provide any accommodations, just whatever the “standard rates and standard services” advertised with Uhaul were. After 2 hours from my arrival to pick up the 26’ truck that I reserved over a week prior, that was no longer available, I finally left with a 17’ truck. Uhaul made my move twice as long, twice as expensive and exponentially more stressful. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using their franchise.

Thomas MacKennaI was in comfortable dropping off the car dolly trailer with no assistance. The dolly would not stay straight to back it into the open slot. I had to un hook it and push it. I don’t know what I would have done if this was a full cargo trailer. Having some help would have been nice.
