Highly recommend this location. I placed my rental reservation online. When I got there Michelle was extremely helpful, got me checked in quickly providing me with all of the details required. Even though I only needed the rental for 1 hr she told me where the drop box was in case I returned the truck after 4:00. 5 stars +

Felt vendor expected me to lift the 6 x 12 trailer by myself. She even asked do you need help. Lack of personnel had lady responsible for checkout plus she had to go and get a floor jack to pt on my car. Didn't wear any PPE the whole time but started the pen I was too use had been cleaned appropriately.

There wasn't a key return drop-box at this authorized location. Nobody was at the business (MAW), and the phone number provided was simply Uhaul's reservation number. We spent an extra half-hour searching for the drop box and on hold with Uhaul customer service. Finally, customer service said to leave the key in the truck unlocked. Just then, an employee of the MAW showed up to return a work truck. He seemed to know nothing about a drop box, and took the key from me. Recommendation - simply add a drop box and make sure the customer is easily able to find it.

The tow dolly lights were not working. This should have been checked out in advance of any rental. I got stopped by law enforcement because of this. It wasted my time and I was embarrassed sitting by the side of the road with the lights flashing,

I scheduled this truck for the 24/7 pickup and drop off. The keys were not easily found in the truck upon pickup. There was NOT a dolly included in the truck, and yet I have been charged for a dolly for 2 days. And... I received an email this morning stating that the truck was not returned on time when I actually returned it early.

I was really pissed to see the paper marked full tank and when I got in the gauge read at the end of the grey area so I thought that was full as is stated. When I filled the tank on the ride home. The full went way past the F. So I was shorted. A 1/4 tank of gas that I had to pay for in the end. Truck should have been swept out. Office lady was awesome, truck handled and rode great. Thanks

Piss poor representative U-Haul Head up absolutely no problem with the Goldenrod location on the other hand the Middletown Ohio franchise sucked no Uhaul signs no Personnel to accept delivery and I called numerous times in advance I'm sure I was talking with you some satellite group also contract was written for delivery to Middletown Pennsylvania no that wasn't the case it was always Middletown Ohio I don't know where they came up with the delivery point was very pissed off about that then don't have nobody at the Middletown Ohio site sucks big time think you should Can their asses my opinion

I was told to have the truck cleaned and swept, but when I opened the back door whoever had the truck before me had not cleaned it out. There were leaves, dust bunnies and other debris in the truck. Also, this truck LEAKED! It rained the night we moved and our boxes and personal blankets were soaked. We had no idea of the leaks till the next morning. Also, the lights for the inside of the truck didn't work so we were loading in the dark with flashlights from our phones. Was not a good experience. I asked if the people at the pick up/drop off location would be there on Saturday when I dropped it off and I was told yes. When I returned the truck the building was locked and no one was there. I wanted to share my experience and let them know about the condition of the truck but couldn't. Also, this truck was old, had trouble starting and shifted very rough. U-Haul may wanna think about taking this truck out of their fleet.

I was over charged and brought this to the attention of the uhaul man in charge at this location. He said he passed the issue on to some regional guy who is supposed to take care of this. I still have not received a corrected invoice. I have had some email problems this past week so it is quite possible one was sent but did not get through to me as the problem was just resolved today.

I booked on line. It told me to pick it up at 8:00am. We arrived at 8. The boss showed up at 9:00 With the keys. Secretary said he doesn't start till 09:00. Why then was I told 8:00? Very upset. Not good business.. Not good customer service. I expected better! Sad!

Service manager was late. Secretary said he was never on time. Has reservation for 8 am showed up around 9:20 am. Double charged me for a one day rental. I do not recommend and will not use again. Ready to turn over to my attorney unless they resolve today.

Just looked at my email showing my bill, and it says 3 billable periods. I picked it up on Friday morning (8-29) and returned it on Sunday morning (8-31). The bill shows I returned it on 9-1-14, This is NOT true!!! And another charge was added on my card for $31.00. I sure hope this is your mistake, Because 48 hours is not the same as 72 hours!!!!!!!

No one from this facility inspected the uhaul with me, prior to my leaving. There were many dents and scratches that were already on the uhaul and I was afraid the return place would try to make me responsible for them. I took pictures of everything prior to leaving, just in case. There was also supposed to be 3/4 of a tank of gas in the truck, and there was not. The gauge was quite under the mark of 3/4 tank, but yet I had to fill it to 3/4 of a tank upon returning it. Not impressed. The back of the uhaul had also obviously not been swept out by the prior person using it, which I also had to do. The person who gave me the dolly at this rental location rolled it out in front of the store, gave it to me, and pointed to the truck and said, 'it's that one' and went back inside. I could not lift the dolly into the back by myself, so I had to get a friend to help me since that man just left the equipment with me. One good thing is that the girl at the reception desk was very nice and helpful.

The gentleman who rented the equipment was half an hour late getting there the morning of, with another customer ahead of us already waiting and no excuse provided to either of us. He was borderline rude to the other customer, who was rightfully irritated at that point, and seemed to be trying to complete a much bigger moving project than us (time was of the essence). Checking us out took less time, as we were renting a smaller truck and dolly only, so no extras to grab. He took a personal cell phone call during the approximately 5-10 minutes it took to do the paperwork to set up some outing with a buddy. Since there was no one else waiting (and we had been), it would have been nice if he had waited to set up his private life for 10 minutes while he got his customers taken care of. His demeanor was overall pleasant with me, unlike the other gentleman he helped before me.

MAW Specialized Lawn Care was very quick and efficient at getting us all check out and ready to go. They were very professional and friendly. They did not do a walk around of the truck with us, but this was because we purchased insurance on the truck so we were not liable for any damage. Overall the business was a very nice place, organized and clean office and the truck we rented was very clean and nice. Great Job!

My truck was supposed to be at the Springboro Hardware at 10- (I ordered it thru the hardware) I wrote a letter to you and none of your email addresses on your forms will work, they all say they are invalid. Mark saved the day, he could not find any order for my truck. I was just fortunate one was available. I have my e mail from the hardware stating it would be there. We dropped the trailer off when the store was closed but I did call the next day to inform them that the trailer had leaked and upon arrival at our destination the items were wet. They were polite and said they would take care of the problem.

Clean out the truck and not charge us for a utility dolly that we didn't even use. Never broke the tab, but was still charged for using it. Pick up was ridiculously long because the person had no idea what to do.
